GRANT WRITER & ADMINISTRATION SERVICES RFP
The City of Devine (the City) is soliciting a request for proposals (RFP) from interested qualified professionals to provide consultant/management services for grant writing and administration services. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals for any reason it finds to be in the best interests of the City.
