Arabians garner 2nd at 4th Annual Aggie Relays

The Devine Arabian track team finished 14 points behind 1st place Pleasanton in Poteet at the 4th Annual Aggie Relays. Devine scored 119 points throughout the day but it just was not quite enough to top the Eagles’ 133 points.
Sydney Rendon scored 21 points for the Arabians which also put her in 4th place overall behind Alina Escamilla of Poteet who scored 31 and Caitlyn Nieschwitz of Pleasanton and Comfort’s Ryanna Butler who each scored 25.
Team places: 1st-Pleasanton 133, 2nd-Devine-119, 3rd-Comfort-117.5, 4th-Poteet-85.25, 5th-Poth-64, 6th-Jourdanton-55.25, 7th-Cotulla-35, 8th-Dilley-3, 9th-Laredo St. Augustine-2, 9th-Natalia-2.

The Arabians will try to not only top Pleasanton but also the rest of the field as they compete in Pleasanton at the Eagle Relays on Thursday, March 1st.
