Arabians and Warhorses headed to Corpus for Regional Golf

The Devine Arabian and Warhorse golf teams leave Easter Sunday to compete at Regional in Corpus Christi on April 22-23. The Arabians play at Oso Beach Country Club while the Warhorses play at Gabe Lozano Public Golf Course.
Both teams are coming off district championship victories from way back when. District 29-4A played its district contest in Uvalde on March 25-26. Hopefully, the long delay between actual competitions does not allow any rust to settle on any of the players’ clubs.
Spring is a busy time at DHS and several of the competitors do multiple sports and UIL events. All have made effort to get to the course, driving range, or practice field to keep their club-swinging, muscle memory intact.
Representing the Arabians are Kayla Busby, Preslee Quisenberry, Shelby Spivey, Lillie Weyel, and Paige Williamson.
Representing the Warhorses are Noah Tumbarello, Brandon Flues, Ricky Gollrad, Brian Schaefer, and Denton Zuercher.
