8th Grade Fillys crush Pearsall

8th Grade Maroon
It only took the 8th Grade Maroon Fillys two sets to beat Pearsall on September 16th. Pearsall struggled to return the Fillys serve with the Fillys totaling 14 aces in the two sets. They won 25-7 and 25-8.
“This is such a talented group of girls. They love this game and it shows on the court. Sometimes it’s difficult to play games that don’t necessarily challenge you at a higher level and I believe this was the case. Though Pearsall played a hard match, this group is working hard to get ready for those games you really have to fight for. I’m proud of their effort and look forward to our next game,” said Coach Shana Beaty.
