The 8th grade Colts prepped for their final meet of the season last Wednesday competing in Devine’s pre-district invitational. The District Meet is in Devine on Wednesday, October 16.
Jesse House placed 20th of 64 runners with a time of 15:50. Jaiden Alvarez finished in the top 30 as well at 29th with a 16:19. Hayden Johnson (41st, 17:40), Chris Sanidad (42nd, 18:06), Jason Sanidad (43rd, 18:14), Mason Walker (53rd, 19:13), Diego Mendoza (56th, 19:24), and Ace Sosa (60th, 20:25) should all improve their standings over the next week and a half.
Correction
I accidentally left Hayden Johnson (109th, 16:55) and Mason Walker (122nd, 18:09) of the results from the Comfort Invitational. My apologies to Hayden, Mason, and their families.
