8th Gold Colts
It was a tight game against Pearsall for the 8th Grade Gold Colts on December 6th. It came down to the last seconds of the game with a Devine win of 18-17. Coach Lon Cozby and his team worked hard for this win.
Juan Billalobos led with 8 points, Noah Macias 4, Thomas Mendoza 3, Ryan Connor 2, and Rylan Mata 1.
8th Maroon Colts
On December 6th, the 8th Grade Maroon Colts lost to Pearsall 22-28. Pearsall’s defense was tough to get around and shots were just not sinking for the team.
Jathon Razo and Jaieden Burford led with 5 points each, followed by Joaquin Philippi 4, Kaiveri Alvarez and Aiden Zapata 3 each and Nate Ramirez scored 2.
They will host Carrizo Springs Thursday night.
