Officials say a 26-year-old male subject from San Antonio was struck by a train coming through Natalia, at the train trestle near Chacon Creek.
“The young man was on foot when the train struck him. He was airlifted in serious condition,” said Medina County Sheriff Randy Brown.
The train came to a stop in the Devine area, and the young man was airlifted from Devine Helipad with the assistance of Devine Vol. Fire Department.
