Devine Cross Country competes in its initial meet of the 2021 season this Saturday at Uvalde. Aside from their summer workout plan, the Warhorses and Arabians officially began their quest for repeat district championships July 19.
A quick turnaround from Uvalde has the varsity and JV squads competing on their home turf at Devine Golf Course on Wednesday, July 18.
The remainder of the 2021 schedule has Devine making the short trip to Natalia August 28, followed by roadies to FEAST (Sept 4), Bandera (Sept 11), and Corpus Christi (Sept 18).
The Warhorses and Arabians close their regular season at home on September 29 before hosting a pre-district invitational on October 6 then the big race of the season, which is District on October 13 also at Devine Golf Course.
For those runners advancing out of district, Regional in Corpus Christi on October 25 and State is November 5 in Round Rock.
