Jim Davis dedicated his life to Devine students & teachers, so this year family and friends are hosting a community Dance at the Devine VFW in his honor and memory. They are also accepting school supply donations for our local school district. The dance will be held Saturday, August 24, from 9 PM – 1 AM.
“Come hear some great old time rock & roll and classic country by The Toman Brothers!!” the Davis family said.
The cover charge is $7 at the door. School supplies or monetary donations are greatly appreciated.
“We are also having a silent auction, gathering some great items! We will have a donation box for supplies at the VFW all day. Hope to see you there!”
Devine VFW Post 3966 is located at 211 W College Ave, Devine, Texas 78016.
Devine VFW doors open at 12:00 noon to accept monetary or school supply donations. The Silent auction starts at 6:00pm.
The Dance with the Toman Brothers is from 9:00pm. – 1:00am.
