Six Devine Middle School Band students made the All Region Band and performed in their concerts this past Saturday, Feb. 22 in Carrizo Springs. They are (front to back) Rylee Esquibel, Victor Schaefer, Diego Mendoza, Brianna Schaefer, Gabriela Morales, Viviana Torres.
DMS Band students had another very successful day at the ATSSB Region 11 Band auditions a couple of weeks ago. Ten (10) of our students competed amongst/along with over 300 others for placement in one of two bands.
All of our students represented the traditions of excellence for Devine ISD and our community admirably.
Six (6) of our students earned chairs in the bands, including another 1st chair, Rylee Esquibel, overall for the region!

Rylee Esquibel – 1st Chair Bass Clarinet, Symphonic Band

Diego Mendoza – 4th Chair Percussion, Concert Band
