John J. Ciavarra Elementary will host their annual Head Start/Pre-K Enrollment and Registration April16 & 17, 2024 at Ciavarra Elementary, 112 N. Bentson Dr., Devine, TX 78016.
Dates & Time: Tuesday, April 16, 2024 (4:00 pm – 5:30 pm) and Wednesday, April 17, 2024 (9:00 am – 11:00 am).
Required Documents: Immunization Record (shot record), Official Birth Certificate, Proof of Residency within the boundaries of Devine ISD. – Rental Agreement or- Lease Agreement or- Property Tax Receipt/Mortgage Agreement. Copy of Custodial Parent/Guardian’s Valid Driver’s License or other Approved Photo Id. Headstart: Proof of Income/SNAP Benefit Letter/Federal Assistance.
Please note the child MUST be 3 or 4 years old on or before September 1, 2024 in order to Register for Head Start/Pre-K.
