Ronald George Martinez better known as Ronnie, age 66, of Devine, Texas entered eternal rest on January 1, 2024. He passed peacefully surrounded by family.
Ronnie was born on July 11, 1957, to Macednio Martinez and Soyla Campos Martinez.
Ronnie is survived by his father Macednio Martinez of Devine, Texas. His siblings David (Rhonda), Mace (Elvia), Gerald (Nancy), John Martinez, and Kimberly Winkler (Dave) along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Ronnie is preceded in death by his son Nathan Andrew Martinez, his mother Soyla Campos Martinez, and many other family members and close friends.
Ronnie was loved by many and never met a stranger. He will be deeply missed.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 5, 2024, from 7:30 – 9:45 AM with a Rosary at 9:00 AM at Primrose Funeral Services in Devine, Texas. A Mass Service was held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at 10:00 A.M at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery.
