This big rig jackknifed across Hwy 173 in front of Triple C last November 13 around 8:30 pm, losing its heavy load of pipe and making quite a mess.
Devine PD officers and Devine Fire Department volunteers were on scene for over 4 hours getting the road cleared.
According to Devine PD, the driver was attempting to make a u-turn when it jackknifed. The strain caused the straps to break.
