Nicole J. Fitzpatrick Moore, of Natalia, passed away on June 9, 2020 at the age of 39. She was born May 22, 1981 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Thomas Warren Mayhue and Janet Kincaide Byard.
Survivors include her son, Gage Moore of Natalia; father, Thomas Mayhue of Woodstock, Virginia; mother, Janet Byard of Cherokee, Arkansas; fiancé, Jay Willis and sister, Janelle Anderson (Brian).
Nicole was preceded in death by her son, Dylan Moore as well as grandparents/adopted parents, Edward George and Jessie Almeda Dougan Fitzpatrick.
Public Visitation was Tuesday, June 16, 2020 from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm, with a Prayer Service starting at 5:30 pm at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Services concluded at the funeral home.
