Natalia Police Report May 29-June 3

May 29
12:12 PM – Officer dispatched to 8th and Pearson St. in reference to an audible alarm. Officer made contact with a school employee and walked inside an unlocked front door. The school was not broken into and the alarm was reset.
May 30
7:44 AM – Officer responded to the 900 block of Kearney St. in reference to a school bus crashed into a parked car in the teachers parking lot. Officer spoke to the bus driver and asked what happened. The driver stated he was watching the kids that got off his bus cross the road, and that’s when he struck the parked, unoccupied vehicle. Officer collected information and generated a crash report.
11:15 AM – Officer went to the Town and Country Trailer Park to assist AMR on a medical call. Officer arrived on location, helped load the patient into the ambulance, and was transported to an area hospital.
12:47 PM – Officer arrived in the 2100 block of FM 471 and issued a criminal trespass to a Hispanic female driver to never return to the property.
2:43 PM – Officer was dispatched to Love’s for a suspicious male subject approaching people and asking them to buy unknown items from him out of his vehicle. Officer made the location and was unable to locate neither the male subject or the vehicle in question.
May 31
12:17 PM – Officer assisted Medina County Sheriff’s deputy on a possible disturbance in the 1000 block of CR 6711. Deputies arrived on location and took over the scene without incident. Officer cleared the call and went back into service.
June 1
10:26 PM – While on patrol, officer observed a vehicle on Hwy. 132 parked off the roadway with its emergency flashers on. Officer stopped and checked on the female driver, asking what happened. The driver stated a deer ran into her vehicle, causing minimal damage. The driver was able to drive her car off without a tow.
June 2
12:25 AM – Officer was dispatched to 4th and Palfrey St. in reference to a suspicious tan Nissan driving around in the neighborhood. Officer made location but was unable to locate the vehicle.
12:06 PM – Officer responded to the 2100 block of Hwy. 132 in reference to a welfare concern about a Hispanic female not feeling well. Officer arrived on scene, and the subject informed the officer she was okay and needed no medical attention. Officer cleared the scene and went back into service.
1:13 PM – Officer responded to Dollar General for a female subject feeling dizzy and unable to stand. Officer arrived on scene and waited for EMS, who transported the subject to Southwest General Hospital for a medical evaluation.
2:35 PM – Officer was dispatched to the 700 block of 4th St. to assist EMS with a male subject having a seizure. Officer arrived on scene and spoke to a few subjects at the scene, who stated the subject needed some medical assistance. He was later transported to Southwest General Hospital for a medical evaluation.
7:36 PM – Officer was dispatched to assist Medina County deputies locate a male subject driving a Uhaul truck in the 2800 block of IH-35 that appeared to be broken down. Officer was unable to locate and went back into service.
June 3
6:44 PM – Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of CR 6813 in reference to a structure fire. Officer arrived on location, checking the welfare of all and any people who may be inside the structure. There was no one inside the residence. Natalia VFD arrived on scene and later extinguished the fire completely. Medina County deputies were on scene. Officer cleared the location without incident.
