The Natalia Mustang Baseball and Lady Mustang Softball continued practice as scrimmage play continued for softball. Here is a look at their schedule for the week:
Natalia Baseball: The Natalia Baseball team began scrimmage action on Tuesday, February 11th vs. Poth and will continue scrimmage play on Monday, February 17th at home vs. the Poteet Aggies at 5p.m.
Scrimmage play concludes at Randolph on February 21st as the season begins February 25th on the road in Johnson City. According to Coach Crowther, things are going well for the boys in blue thus far as they await the arrival of their basketball athletes shortly.
Lady Mustang Softball: The Natalia Lady Mustangs return to scrimmage play on Thursday, February 13th as they host Poth at 5:00 and 7:00 p.m. The final scrimmage will be Saturday, February 15th as Natalia travels to New Braunfels to battle NB Canyon, LaVernia and Incarnate Word University. Scrimmage time is at 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The season opener for Natalia will be Monday, February 17th as the Orange Grove Lady Bulldogs come to town for a 4:00 p.m. JV game and a 5:45 p.m.
