01/29/2024-Unwanted Person – Officer on duty responded to a radio dispatch call on 1605 Highway 132 for an unwanted person. Officer was advised that a female who had a Child Protective Service custody of her grandchildren was arguing with her daughter who had showed up at her location wanting to visit her kids with a male in the car that she felt was not safe for her grandchildren to be around. When the complainant called the police the daughter left the location before the Officer’s arrival.


01/30/2024- Disturbance – Officer responded to a dispatch for a disturbance. Upon arrival at the location the Officer found two brothers who had been arguing. The Officer spoke to both parties and they agreed to separate and cool off.
02/01/22024-Injured Person – Officer on duty was dispatched to the Natalia Library for a person who needed to make an accident report. Upon arrival the Officer met with the complainant who stated he had been riding his bicycle when his tire got stuck in a rut on the parking lot concrete driveway causing him to fall to the ground causing injury to the complainant’s hip, head and left elbow.
02/02/2024-Welfare Concern – Officer on duty responded to a welfare concern at the Love’s Travel Center.
02/02/2024- Information – Officer on duty was approached at the Love’s Travel stop in Natalia, Texas to report his truck had been stolen. The complainant stated that he had been told by a Love’s employee mechanic that someone came to pick up the truck. The complainant stated no one had permission to pick up the truck and he confirmed the company he works for had not been the ones to pick up the truck and knew nothing about the pick up. The Officer on duty was later notified by another Officer that the truck had been found abandoned with all the doors unsecured at the Love’s Travel Center.
02/04/2024-Information – Officer on duty was dispatched to a call for breaking and entry. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant that stated his son had broken into his mother’s back shed and had locked himself inside. The Officer made contact with the subject who stated he had permission to stay in the back shed but agreed to leave since the owner wanted him escorted off the property.
02/04/2024-Theft – Officer on duty was dispatched to a call received in reference to stolen property.
02/04/2024-Animal Control – Officer on duty was dispatched to a house with a cat that had been hit by a car and had two broken legs.
