5:26 PM – McDonald St. @ IH 35 Frontage Rd. – Officer responded to a report of a panhandler walking in the roadway.
8:33 PM – 19200 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded and provided a ride to a male stranded motorist to the Twin Lakes Subdivision.
9:32 PM – Main St. @ McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
Tuesday, January 30
1:37 AM – N. Prairie St. @ Lake St. – Officers initiated a traffic stop for an expired registration which resulted in the arrest of a 35 year old male for an active Medina County warrant for Burglary of a Habitation. Subject was booked into the Medina County jail.
8:00 AM – 93 La Paz Rd. – Officer responded to assist the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Department outside the city limits of Lytle for a child locked in a vehicle. The officer opened a 2016 Ford F150. The child was okay.
9:44 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to check on a female sleeping in a booth in the dining room.
10:22 AM – 15000 Blk. Harbour St. – Officers responded to assist an elderly female in resetting her electric breaker.
10:41 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers were flagged down by HEB employees regarding a theft. Further investigation showed the merchandise was paid for before the male exited the store.
12:39 PM – 19561 McDonald St. – Officers responded to a natural death of a female at the gas pump.
3:45 PM – 14700 Blk. Main St. – Officer spoke to the victim regarding a missing package that was delivered on his front porch.
9:49 PM – 19300 Blk. Bank St. – Officers responded to the report of a physical altercation between a male and a female.
11:26 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – Quail Creek @ FM 3175 – Officer responded to check on a deputy. Everything was okay.
Wednesday, January 31
1:20 AM – Main St. @ FM 2790 – Officer discovered a vehicle partially parked on the roadway abandoned.
6:45 AM – SH 132 @ IH 35 Frontage Rd. – Officer responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch.
7:46 AM – FM 2790 @ Cottage St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding in a school zone that resulted in the arrest of a 38 year old male for an active Frio County warrant for Violation of a Protective Order. Subject was
booked into the Atascosa County jail.
10:05 AM – Lytle PD – Officers spoke to a female regarding an assault that occurred on December 29, 2023.
10:30 AM – Lytle PD – Officers were provided a written statement from the victim who had her cell phone stolen.
11:40 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a male requesting a police escort for trail riders on February 7th heading to the San Antonio Rodeo.

6:55 PM – 17900 Blk. FM 2790 – Officers responded to the retrieval of their Great Dane from the animal control.

Thursday, February 01
2:05 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer observed a female sleeping in the drive-thru line and arrested a 34 year old female for driving while intoxicated. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County jail.
8:20 AM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
10:55 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a female regarding a traffic incident that occurred earlier in the morning.
11:18 AM – 15500 Blk. Main St. – Officer checked the area for a tree limb that was in the roadway but could not locate it.
1:00 PM – 14600 Blk. Main St -) Officers responded to conduct a fire inspection for a certificate of occupancy.
1:48 PM – Assist Bexar County Sheriff’s Office – 14300 Blk. Railroad St. – Officers responded to assist with a warrant service for a male with an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon warrant. The male was taken into custody.
2:00 PM – 14400 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2018 Dodge Ram pickup.
3:15 PM – Assist Atascosa EMS – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to assist a patient having a medical emergency.
3:20 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer was provided a Texas Driver’s License found on Main St. The officer contacted the owner’s father and released the driver’s license to him.
7:54 PM – IH 35 @ MM 131 – Officer responded to a report of a male walking on the highway.

9:50 AM – Main St. @ FM 2790 N – Officer impounded a vehicle that was tagged for impound after a 48-hour warning. The 2006 Ford F-150 was towed to Friendly Glenn’s Towing in Natalia.
1:21 PM – 17900 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officers responded regarding a property dispute over a firearm.
1:48 PM – Lytle PD – Officer received a credit card found at the John Lott Park.
4:13 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded regarding stolen lug nuts. The lug nuts were returned.
4:30 PM – 17900 Blk. Luckey Rd. – Officer released a handgun from an earlier call to the owner.
8:58 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded to a vehicle abandoned in the drainage ditch and partially in the roadway. Friendly Glenn’s towed the vehicle to their yard in Natalia.

1:26 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of a stolen white Chevrolet Silverado 2500 tracked to the parking lot. Officer checked a half-mile area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
2:48 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 200 Blk. Los Palomas Dr. – Officer responded to a disturbance outside the city limits of Lytle.
5:08 PM – 15300 Blk. Cottage St. – Officer responded to a phone scam where the caller was demanding money.
7:04 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse.
7:38 PM – 20000 Blk. Lonesone Dove Dr. – Officers responded while the complainant removed her items from the home.
7:53 PM – 19000 Blk. N. Somerset St. – Officer responded to check on an infant.
8:26 PM – 15500 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded and was unable to locate any gunfire.
8:55 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to the report of a male sleeping in the drive-thru line. A 46 year old male was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and booked into the Atascosa County jail.
Sunday, February 04
12:08 AM – Primrose Ln. @ Live Oak St. – Officer responded to a report of loud music. The homeowner agreed to lower the music.
1:14 AM – Primrose Ln. @ Live Oak St. – Officers were called back to a report of loud music.
9:48 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident. Both parties exchanged information before the officer’s arrival.
6:15 PM – CR 6842 @ CR 6843 – Officer responded but could not locate the vehicle.
8:50 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – Ala Blanca Dr. @ FM 3175 – Officer responded outside the city limits of Lytle for an abandoned vehicle parked partially on the roadway. The driver returned while the officer was on the scene with gasoline for the car.
10:00 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for defective headlights that resulted in the citation and release of a 21 year old male for possession of drug paraphernalia.
