Moore Community Club meeting July 7, Summer Fest July 10

The time has arrived for our highly anticipated Summer Fest! This weekend on July 10th, the Moore Community Improvement Club is opening its grounds to the public to enjoy a live DJ, fresh grilled sausage plates, unique and fun vendors, intriguing items at our Silent Auction, and to bask in the competition of the Brisket BBQ Contest and the Cornhole Tournament! There will be something for everyone this weekend to enjoy including the kiddos with our variety of fun carnival games and prizes!
Thank you to those who have already been so gracious and have been donating! We are asking anyone who can donate to please do so! Come see the visible changes made just for the preparation for this event. Special thanks to Pearsall ISD and Frio County for coming together to make some improvements to the community center and the old gym. There is much work to still be done but now it’s time to come together and celebrate our community! Our Committee has been working tirelessly to ensure Summer Fest is not just another summer carnival and weekend stop but a time for our community and families to come together after the long and trying year we have all been though. It is time for us to celebrate in the company of each other and be grateful for the blessings we have all been given. No matter who you are or who you know, you are welcome at the Moore Community Improvement Club, so come on down and celebrate with us. We hope to see you soon!
Our next Monthly Meeting will be on July 7th at 7 PM at the Moore Community Center. If you have any issues or concerns, we are here to help! Follow us on Facebook (Moore Community News) for 24/7 updates and community information. Stay safe!
