Man arrested for burglary, terroristic threat

A Devine man was arrested this past Monday February 2 around 1 am, and is facing Burglary and Terroristic Threat charges among others.
Devine PD Lieutenant Chris Andrews stated, “The suspect went to a family member’s residence and forced the door open. He then assaulted two family members, and stated that he was going to kill someone.”
“Officers located the suspect a short distance away from the property, and he was taken into custody,” Lieutenant Andrews said.
The male subject is charged with BURGLARY HABITATION INTEND OTHER FELONY, TERRORISTIC THREAT, and POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE PG 2-A <= 2OZ. He was booked into Medina County Jail.
