1:01 PM – Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
2:39 PM – Officer responded to St. Andrew’s Church for a report of a fire hydrant that was leaking. Lytle Public Works was contacted and made the scene.
7:00 PM – Officer responded to McDonald’s for a disturbance.
Sept. 8
12:04 AM – Officer responded to Best Western Plus for a report of a suspicious white Ford Crown Victoria circling the hotel. Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
1:36 AM – Officer responded to Best Western Plus for a report of a suspicious white Ford Crown Victoria circling the hotel. Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
6:20 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 N for a BOLO on a blue 2019 Toyota SUV possibly traveling on IH 35 transporting contraband/human cargo.
11:18 AM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store for a report of a theft of a case of beer from a vendor’s pallet. Total estimated loss $29.
1:27 PM – Officer responded to US Post Office to unlock a vehicle.
1:50 PM – Officer responded to Auto Zone for a report of an altercation between two brothers.
3:33 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus and assisted the public with a courtesy ride home after her vehicle broke down.
6:05 PM – Officer responded to Trophy Buck for a report of a theft of a flatbed trailer. Incident occurred between 9/6/20 and 9/8/20.
10:04 PM – Officer responded to John’s Small Engine Works for an alarm.
10:18 PM – Officer responded to 19500 Blk. of Bruce St. for a report of a disturbance. Complainant reported that her husband grabbed her by the shoulders during the argument.
Sept. 9
2:00 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and talked to officer in reference to a credit card abuse. Officer spoke with the caretaker of the woman whose credit card was stolen.
5:05 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a report of a theft of cosmetics and candy with a total value of $37. A 40-year-old female subject was arrested for Theft < $100, she was cited and released.
6:08 PM – Officer responded to Community National Bank for a report of goats being out. The goats went back to the property they belonged on.
10:10 PM – Officers responded to Main St. at Bank St. for a report of possible intoxicated male on the roadway. Officers made contact with the male and provided a courtesy ride down the road to his residence.
Sept. 10
8:18 AM – Officers responded to Days Inn for a report of a disturbance. Officer arrived and spoke with the employee on duty stating a guest was upset due to him being over charged. The male departed prior to officers’ arrival.
10:11 AM – Officer responded to McDonald’s for a report of a panic alarm. It was a false alarm.
Sept. 11
12:35 AM – Officers responded to Lytle-Somerset St. at Lazy J Trail for a report of a suspicious person driving up & down the street. We determined it was an Uber driving looking for his customer.
1:20 AM – While officers were conducting a building check officers discovered an open back door.
8:31 AM – Officer responded to Mesquite St. @ S. Somerset St. for a report of a suspicious person.
9:27 AM – Officer responded to the 14900 Blk. of Main St. for a report of a single vehicle accident.
12:05 PM – Officer responded to the area of Bruce St. @ Lytle-Somerset St. for a report of a reckless driver.
12:26 PM – Officer responded to the 19100 Blk. of Luckey Rd. to conduct a follow-up investigation.
4:02 PM – Officer assisted MCSO with a traffic stop and vehicle search on FM 2790 N @ the Lytle High School.
8:51 PM – Officers responded to the 14800 Blk. of Adams St. for a report of an assault. A 34-year-old male subject was arrested and booked into the Atascosa Co. Jail on the charge of Assault Causing Bodily Injury – Family Violence.
Sept. 12
1:29 AM – Officers responded to the Days Inn for a verbal disturbance.
2:48 AM – Officers responded to the 19800 Blk. of Bruce St. for a report of an assault. The suspect fled the scene, a criminal investigation is underway.
7:03 AM – Officer responded to the area of San Jose St. @ Juarez St. for a report of shots fired. Officer determined it was due to hunters outside the city limits.
8:08 AM – Officer responded to the 18100 Blk. of FM 27902 N for a residential alarm.
10:30 AM – Officers provided traffic control for a small parade that passed thru Lytle on FM 2790 N.
11:06 AM – Officers responded to the 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a snake in the residence.
1:23 PM – Officers responded to the 14800 Blk. of Bruce St. for a verbal disturbance.
2:08 PM – Officers responded to the Metro PCS regarding a disturbance between a customer and employee.
3:28 PM – Officers assisted with a vehicle crash at FM 3175 @ Granberg Rd.
4:08 PM – Officer assisted a stranded motorist at the intersection of McDonald St. & the access road.
4:22 PM – BCSO asked that we serve a warrant on Lake Shore Dr. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Medina Co. Jail. The jail refused him due to a high temp. He was taken back and released, BCSO was notified of the situation.
9:53 PM – Wrong Way Driver on IH-35. Officers located the vehicle at McDonalds, driver stated she just purchased new glasses and couldn’t see. There were no reports of accidents and no damage to her vehicle.
Sept. 13
3:30 AM – Officers conducted a traffic stop on the access road of IH-35. A small amount of marijuana was seized, no charges were filed.
7:00 AM – Officer assisted EMS in the 15000 of Houston St. with a person who fell.
10:30 AM – Assisted a Ball Rd. resident with turning off the water to his house, he had a busted pipe.
11:30 AM – A Blume Dr. resident reported that his Trump sign was stolen.
12:12 PM – Officer herded up some goats behind Community National Bank.
12:20 PM – Officer unlocked a vehicle at the Sonic Drive In.
12:22 PM – Officers met complainant at the PD regards to a child custody exchange.
4:30 PM – Officers attempted to locate a person at a residence on Lake Shore Dr.
