Feb. 25
7:30 AM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and talked to officer in reference to a fight that occurred on Friday, Feb. 22, 2019 at John Lott Park.
11:45 AM – Complainant talked to officer in reference to receiving multiple suspicious emails to her personal email account indicating that she obtained various services from different merchants. Complainant stated she did not make any purchases or transactions.
9:58 AM – Officers responded to 18100 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. for a report of Terrorist Threats towards family members. Case is under investigation, charges pending.
12:00 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and talked to officers in reference to a physical altercation that occurred at John Lott Park on 2/22/19. Case is under investigation, charges pending.
12:40 PM – Officers were notified via telephone of a theft that had occurred at Lytle State Bank on 2/22/19 for the amount of $80. A quick change con man duped a teller.
4:39 PM – Officers spoke with complainant via telephone in regards to an incident that had occurred on 2/19/19 that resulted in complainant losing his job.
7:35 PM – Officers responded to 4000 Blk. of FM 3175 to assist Atascosa Co. with a possible burglary of habitation in progress. The residence was cleared and all was fine.
8:05 PM – Officers responded to IH 35 Frontage Rd SB at McDonald St. for a report of a verbal disturbance. Officers contacted all parties involved, all was verbal.
8:41 PM – After completing the previous disturbance call, officer was handed over a glove with some type of illegal narcotics that had been found on the side of the road.
Feb. 26
9:00 AM – Complainant stopped by and talked to officer in reference to a physical altercation that occurred on 2/22/19. Case is under investigation.
9:00 AM – Officers responded to 15000 Blk. of Gate St. for a report of a missing person. Officers arrived and made contact with complainant who stated her adult granddaughter left sometime in the night and she was worried. Officers advised her to gain assistance from San Antonio PD to help locate her if possible at an address where she is said to be.
10:39 AM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a report of a two vehicle crash.
12:17 PM – Officers responded to Lytle Nursing Home for a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the subject who stated she was at the location trying to charger her phone in order to call a friend.
5:46 PM – Officers responded to 15200 Blk. of Adams St. for a report of a harassment.
6:46 PM – Complainant talked to officer and requested information about jurisdictions between the law enforcement agencies in the area. She was advised of who provides services to her residence.
6:59 PM – Officer responded to Ball Rd. at Wisdom Rd. to assist Atascosa EMS with a possible man on the side of the road who was struck by a vehicle. Upon arrival, EMS fount the pedestrian to be safe and in good health. Officers provided a courtesy ride to his residence.
8:50 PM – Officers responded to 1000 Blk. of FM 3175 to assist Atascosa Co. with a CPS home visit.
9:58 PM – Officers responded to 1000 Blk. of FM 3175 to assist Atascosa Co. with a CPS home visit.
10:39 PM – Officers responded to Bruce St. for a report of complainant having issues with her mentally ill son.
Feb. 27
3:08 AM – Officers responded to Dollar General for a report of an alarm. Officers found the building to be secure.
4:00 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to assist Trailboss Agency (ICE Detainee Contract Transport Co.) with a stand by while they moved detainees from one van to another.
4:00 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a two vehicle crash.
5:54 PM – Officers responded to 14500 Blk. of Railroad St. for a report of two missing livestock animals. A 5 YO brown horse and a 5 YO white pony escaped from a hole in a fence.
8:00 PM – Officer responded to Lytle-Somerset St. at S. Somerset St. for a report of a two vehicle crash.
Feb. 28
8:25 AM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and talked to officer in reference to being harassed by an ex-boyfriend. Officer advised complainant that the next time he harasses her she should contact the jurisdiction where it occurs in or the jurisdiction she lives in.
9:51 AM – Officer responded to Pecan Grove Apartments for a report of an abandoned truck in the complex parking lot. It was determined the truck was registered to a local address on Wisdom Rd. Officer advised the complainant to follow up with the apartment complex owner.
3:21 PM – Officer responded to 18100 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. to assist CPS with the removal of two children.
5:06 PM – Officer responded to 200 CR 6841 for a report of a large black dog roaming the area. Officer made contact with the owner of the dog and they took possession of the dog.
6:25 PM – Officers responded to John Lott Park for a report of a fire that was started by an unknown person. Officers arrived and found the remains of a fire in the men’s restroom. Somebody started a fire in a plastic garbage can.
9:15 PM – Officers responded to River Bluff Dr. to assist Atascosa Co. with a locating a missing juvenile. Officers were unable to locate.
9:40 PM – Officers responded to Lytle Apartments for a report of a suspicious person. Officers arrived and made contact and identified subject. Officers provided a courtesy ride to Choke Canyon Gas Station.
Mar. 1
8:20 AM – Officer responded to John Lott Park Pavilion for a report of graffiti on the pavilion.
9:05 AM – Officer responded to Great Clips for a report of a suspicious person. Officer located individual and spoke with him, all was okay.
4:10 PM – Officers responded to 15000 Blk. of Railroad St. for a male that had fallen and possibly be intoxicated. Officer arrived and made contact with individual. Officer provided a courtesy ride to his home.
5:05 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
7:26 PM – Officers responded to 200 CR 6817 to unlock a vehicle.
8:25 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Mesquite St. for a report of a disturbance. Officers arrived and made contact with complainant who stated it was all verbal. Complainant’s husband left the scene before officers’ arrival.
11:45 PM – Officers responded to John Lott Park for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact with the driver who stated he was looking for a place to spend the night due to family problems with his spouse. Officer advised that he could stay at the park and ride across from Lytle State Bank.
Mar. 2
2:22 AM – Driver Officer responded to IH 35 S for a report of a possible intoxicated driver. Subject was reported driving off IH 35 and back on almost causing an accident. The vehicle stopped prior to entering Atascosa Co. officer then made contact in case there was a medical emergency. The driver was contacted and deemed intoxicated. Bexar Co. S.O. was contacted and subject was arrested by Bexar Co.
8:40 AM – Officers responded to Brand M Ranchettes Mobile Home Park to assist Atascosa Co. Deputy with a report of a suspicious person in the area.
2:55 PM – Officers responded to 19200 Blk. of First St for a report of a welfare check. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the individual who was calm and collective.
2:08 PM – Officers responded to HEB C-Store to unlock a vehicle.
4:40 PM – Officers responded to HEB C-Store to assist Lytle Vol. Fire Dept. with a report of a gas spill. Lytle Vol. Fire Dept. was able to contain the spill.
5:10 PM – Officers responded to 15000 Blk. of Mesquite St. for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers made contact with complainant who stated her husband had just left the resident upset over a verbal altercation. Officers found no evidence of a physical altercation and were unable to make contact with complainant’s husband about the alleged assault.
5:37 PM – Officers responded to Exxon for a report of a civil matter. Upon arrival, officers made contact with complainant who stated the incident occurred in Twin Lakes. Complainant was referred to Medina Co. S.O. due to jurisdiction.
7:38 PM – Officers responded to The Mill to assist Bexar Co. with a reported hit & run that occurred on IH 35 and Lucky Rd. The victim located the vehicle in Lytle. Lytle PD notified Bexar Co.
7:51 PM – Officer responded to McDonald’s for a report of a suspicious male. Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
9:21 PM – Officer responded to 200 Blk. of Pinn Rd to assist Atascosa Co. with a disturbance.
Mar. 3
1:51 AM – Officer responded to IH 35 at Mile Marker 131 NB for a report of a possible intoxicated driver. Lytle PD was unable to make it in time, the call was transferred to Bexar Co.
4:27 AM – Officer responded to Whataburger for a suspicious person. Officer made contact with the individual, the manager wanted the subject to leave.
10:25 AM – Officers responded to Days Inn for a report of a verbal disturbance. Officers found the call to be a civil matter and aided with resolving the problem.
11:04 AM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a report of found property.
11:26 AM – Officers responded to Railhead Café to unlock a vehicle.
2:09 PM – Offices responded to IH 35 N at Mile Marker 129 for a report of debris on roadway and a possible vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers were unable to locate any vehicle involved in an accident and found IH 35 N to be clear and safe.
3:45 PM – While on patrol, officers observed a vehicle waiting to use the pumps at HEB C-Store that was causing a traffic hazard with his trailer in the roadway. Officers advised the driver to move his vehicle out of the road.
4:59 PM – Officers responded to 14800 Blk. of Lytle-Somerset St. for a report of a possible burglary of vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found no sign of forced entry or evidence of a crime. Complainant indicated his insurance information and his keys were missing from the center console and two pieces of mail.
6:00 PM – Officers responded to HEB Plus for a report of a civil matter – child custody.
7:28 PM – Offices responded to HEB Plus for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact with complainant who stated while he was in the parking lot a lifted blacked out Ford F250 was taunting him. Suspect vehicle departed prior to officers’ arrival.
8:42 PM – Officer responded to 15000 Blk. of Mesquite St. for a report of a disturbance. Investigation determined that an 11 YO child left the home and went to an aunt’s house 2 houses down. The mother of the child went to the residence and entered to get her child back and there was an altercation between the two sisters. Lytle PD determined that there was no criminal offense.
