12:41 PM Capt. Reyes – Traffic Accident – Dollar Tree Officer spoke to a female that wanted to report an accident that occurred a year earlier.
1:09 PM Lt. Dear – Found Property – Lytle VFD Officer received a found Texas Driver’s License while at the FD.
3:33 PM Lt. Dear – Suspicious Persons – John Lott Park Officer responded for a report of 2 males suspicious males.
4:35 PM Lt. Dear/Capt. Reyes – Warrant Service – 15100 Blk. Mesquite St.) Officers responded to assist the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Team execute a warrant on a 48-year-old male subject for an active injury to the elderly warrant in reference to an assault that occurred on 12/22/2021. Capt. Reyes transported the suspect to jail.
4:37 PM Lt. Dear – Assist Atascosa EMS – 18000 Blk. Ball Rd. Officer responded to assist with a patient having a medical emergency.
5:20 PM Lt. Dear – Traffic Accident – McDonald St. @ IH 35 Frontage Rd. Officer responded to a minor 2 vehicle non injury accident.
9:29 PM Sgt. Hanson – Drug Paraphernalia – 15000 Blk. Main St. Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding that resulted in the occupant of the vehicle a 21-year-old female subject was found to be in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The subject was cited and released for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
11:29 PM Sgt. Hanson – Suspicious Vehicle – Assist Atascosa Co. Officer responded for a suspicious vehicle circling the Mr. W’s Fireworks store. The vehicle had departed before the arrival of the officers.

7:38 AM Lt. Dear – Assist Atascosa County EMS – 19800 Blk. Creek St. Officer responded to assist with a patient having a medical emergency.
9:54 AM Lt. Dear – Suspicious Vehicle – Churches Chicken Officer responded for a report of a suspicious vehicle left overnight. Everything was okay.
3:29 PM Ofc. Cortez – Talk to Officer – 15100 Blk. Mesquite St. Civil matter involving property of a deceased person.

Hanson – Drug Paraphernalia – IH 35 Frontage Rd. @ Office St. Officer initiated a traffic stop for disregarding a stop sign that resulted in the occupant of the vehicle A 23-year-old subject was found to be in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The subject was cited and released for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
8:44 PM Ofc. Cortez – Reckless Driver – FM 2790 @ CR 6710 Officer responded and patrolled the area but was unable to locate the vehicle.
10:22 PM Ofc. Cortez – Unlock Vehicle – HEB Plus Officer responded to unlock a vehicle.

1:42 AM Sgt. Hanson – Suspicious Vehicle – Dr. Rick’s Optical Officer observed a vehicle parked behind the business while on patrol. The vehicle was working for a security company checking on various locations. Everything was okay.
1:54 AM Sgt. Hanson – Warrant Service – Main St. @ McDonald St. Officer initiated a traffic stop for disregarding a red light that resulted in the arrest of A 48-year-old female subject for an active warrant out of Medina County for Theft $100-$750. The subject was transported to the Medina County Jail.
9:00 AM Capt. Reyes – Suspicious Vehicle – IH 35 Frontage Rd. Officer responded for a report of a suspicious vehicle. Officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.
2:15 PM Capt. Reyes – Follow up Investigation – 15100 Blk. Mesquite St. Officer responded to follow up on a previous case.
9:20 PM Ofc. A. Lopez – Welfare Check – Bill Miller BBQ Officer responded to an accidental 911 call. Everything was okay.

1:46 PM Lt. Dear – Traffic Hazard (Assist Bexar Co.) – IH 35 SB MM 134 Officers responded for a report of a disabled vehicle in the roadway. The Lytle VFD removed the vehicle from the roadway for safety reasons.

9:02 PM Ofc. Pena/Ofc. Cortez – Suspicious activity – Lake Shore Dr. Officers responded for a report of people fishing in the private pond after hours. Officers were unable to locate the fishermen.

Wisdom Rd Officer initiated a traffic stop for defective headlight that resulted in the occupant of the vehicle a 30-year-old female subject was found to be in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Aldana was cited and released for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

12:35 AM Ofc. Cortez/Ofc. Pena – Verbal Disturbance – 15100 Blk. Main St. Officers responded for a verbal argument. Both parties separated for the night.

11:15 AM Cpl. Robison/Chief Priest/Lt. Dear – Funeral Escort Officers provided traffic control for a funeral escort from the St. Andrews Catholic Church.
12:33 PM Lt. Dear/Chief Priest – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office Officers responded to IH 35 NB for a report of a pursuit headed toward Lytle. Upon arrival, it was reported the pursuit ended in Bexar County.
2:32 PM Lt. Dear – Intoxicated Person – IH 35 SB Officer responded for a report of an intoxicated driver on IH 35. Officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the person.
3:28 PM Lt. Dear – Assist Motorist – McDonald St. @ IH 35 Frontage Rd. Officer responded to assist a disabled vehicle. Officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate the vehicle.

1:37 PM Cpl. Robison – Vehicle Unlock – Lytle Nursing Home Officer unlocked a 1998 Ford van.
7:00 PM Sgt. Hanson – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – FM 2790 @ McCoy Ln. Officer responded to assist a stranded motorist. Officer assisted with changing a tire.
8:51 PM Sgt. Hanson – Suspicious Person – Lytle-Somerset @ Bruce St. Officer responded for a report of suspicious male and female. Officer provided a courtesy ride to their residence.
10:02 PM Ofc. Cortez – Loud Music – 14900 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. Officer responded for a report of loud music. Officer patrolled the area and was unable to locate any loud music.

2:20 AM Sgt. Hanson/Ofc. A. Lopez/Ofc. Cortez – Suspicious Person Officer observed 2 suspicious people walking on the IH 35 Frontage Rd. The female stated she required EMS and was transported to Texas Vista Hospital. The male was given a courtesy ride to his residence.

12:58 PM Cpl. Robison – Hospice Death – 18900 Blk. FM 2790 Officer responded for the passing of a 76-year-old female
