Dec. 25
4:55 AM – Officer assisted the Medina County Sheriff’s Office in reference to a verbal disturbance in the 200 block of CR 7710 involving a male and his wife. Subjects separated for the evening.
Dec. 26
7:28 AM – Officer dispatched to the 1200 block of Hondo Ave. in reference to a gray Volkswagen all over the roadway. Officer made contact and driver was fatigued; all was okay.
5:30 PM – Officer assisted the MCSO on IH-35 NB with an 18-wheeler on fire by providing traffic control.
Dec. 27
4:17 AM – Officer assisted Natalia PD in the 100 block of IH-35 N. with a traffic stop with a male subject showing two felony warrants.
1:28 PM – Burglary of a building in the 200 block of N. Teel Dr. Two suspects identified by police; charges pending.
2:15 PM – A female subject took items through self-checkout at Walmart.
2:50 PM – Family out of vehicle asking for money on Oakhill Dr. Officer made contact with family.
3:47 PM – Complainant in the 600 block of Mockingbird Ln. advised there are minors driving a golf cart on the city park sidewalks on N. Windy Knoll Dr. Officer made location; unable to locate.
9:48 PM – Complainant in the 600 block of E. Hondo Ave. in reference to damage to a vehicle.
10:15 PM – Officer dispatched to the 100 block of Colonial Pkwy. in reference to a male subject walking around on location. Officer provided a courtesy ride to residence.
Dec. 28
9:50 AM – Complainant at Walmart reported a vehicle parked in the back of the store. It was a vendor; all was okay.
3:53 PM – Minor male acting out at residence in the 300 block of Hayden Ave. Foster mom taking minor to hospital.
Dec. 29
12:25 AM – Vehicle on location in the 300 block of Hester Ave. with four juveniles. Released to parents.
1:38 AM – Complainant in the200 block of Malone Dr. advised his son heard a single shot coming from the area and saw a person get into a vehicle. Searched area; unable to locate.
9:25 AM – Possible stolen trailer being pulled by an older model white pickup on Crouch Ave. Officer made contact; everything was okay.
12:18 PM – Officers assisted EMS in the 400 block of Cardinal Dr. in reference to a male in accident on 4-wheeler, possibly with a broken leg. Male transported to hospital.
1:34 PM – Officers blocked off exits/on-ramps to IH-35 to prevent a chase in progress coming through city limits. Chase from Frio County.
2:34 PM – Complainant upset that a person she knows is driving in the city limits without a driver’s license and insurance.
5:10 PM – Complainant stated her ex was on location in the 500 block of W. Hondo Ave. causing problems with a co-worker. The male subject departed location before officers arrived.
6:06 PM – Complainant advised a male subject kept harassing her sister while at work in the 500 block of W. Hondo Ave.
10:13 PM – Officer dispatched to the 2500 block of CR 5710 in reference to a man with a gun; all was okay.
Dec. 30
4:40 AM – Officer dispatched to the 200 block of Sollock in reference to a disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Parties separated.
9:15 AM – Officer dispatched to the 200 block of W. Benton Ave. in reference to suspicious activity. Male subject advised he has a meeting this evening for alcohol awareness.
4:15 PM – Officer dispatched to Transportation Dr. in reference to a white Expedition with two males driving all over the city. Officer patrolled the area; unable to locate.
7:56 PM – Report of a possible gunshot heard in the area of the 600 block of E. Hondo Ave.; unable to locate.
