Dec. 23
10:34 AM – Officers responded to the County View Apts. for a disturbance, one of the people had already departed upon the arrival of the officers.
10:55 AM – Motorist stopped the officer and turned in found property. The officer located the owner and the property was returned.
3:13 PM – Officer responded to the Auto Zone to assist Atascosa Co. EMS.
3:49 PM – Officer responded to the Whataburger to assist Lytle VFD and Medina Co. EMS.
6:15 PM – Officers responded to the John Lott Park regarding subjects camping.
8:57 PM – Officer responded to the 400 Blk. of Mary Ann Dr. to Assist ACSO with a shots fired call.
Dec. 24
2:57 AM – Officer removed a large dog which was struck by a vehicle from the roadway in the 14400 Blk. of Main St.
10:30 AM – While on patrol, Officer observed subjects previously advised not to camp at the John Lott Park back at the location. Contact was made and the subjects agreed to gather their belongings and leave.
12:15 PM – Officers responded to the HEB Plus regarding an elderly female that was missing. The female was located inside the store.
1:39 PM – Officer responded to the HEB Plus regarding a reckless driver.
3:39 PM – Officer spoke to a complainant via public service regarding an incident that occurred at the HEB Plus earlier in the day.
4:24 PM – Officer spoke to a complainant via public service regarding child custody issues.
6:10 PM – Officers responded to the 15000 Blk. of Harbour St. regarding a disturbance. Officers were unable to determine who the aggressor was and the victim was not cooperating with the investigation.
6:31 PM – Officer responded to the Burger King for a commercial alarm.
8:30 PM – Officers responded to Wisdom Rd. at Ball Rd. for a single vehicle accident. A 28-year-old male subject was cited and released for Public Intoxication. Criminal charges are pending on the driver for DWI.
8:45 PM – Officer responded to the Valero for a suspicious vehicle.

12:14 PM – Officer located an abandoned men’s wallet near the intersection of N. Somerset @ Houston St.
8:55 PM – Officer conducted a welfare check on a resident in the 16000 Blk. of Sunset Drive.

12:15 AM – Officer responded to the 15300 Blk. of Main Street for an activated alarm.
12:30 AM – Officer responded to the IH 35 N. Access Rd for stray livestock.
1:25 AM – Officer responded to the 14800 Blk. of Main Street for a report of a vehicle being taken without permission. The complainant elected not to file report against the family member who took the vehicle.
10:45 AM – Officer took a report from a complainant who believes her identity was compromised.
5:26 PM – Officers responded to CR 6843 for a report of animal cruelty report.
7:23 PM – Officers responded to the HEB Plus for a vehicle lockout.
8:23 PM – Officers responded to the Lytle Nursing Home for a civil matter.

12:51 AM – Officer assisted a disabled motorist on IH 35 N.
5:18 AM – Officer responded to the Lytle Nursing Home for a civil matter.
11:42 AM – Officer responded to the 18500 Blk. of Live Oak Street to assist Allegiance EMS with a patient.
2:35 PM – Report of road rage incident that occurred on IH-35 in San Antonio.
6:51 PM – Officers responded to the Chevron for a vehicle lockout.
7:45 PM – Officer provided a courtesy ride to a pedestrian from the 63000 Blk. of Main St. to the 19000 Blk. of McDonald St.
9:15 PM – Officers initiated a vehicle stop for a traffic violation on N. Benton @ Main Street. The driver, a 17-year-old female subject was allegedly found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject was cited and released for a traffic violation and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
10:23 PM – Officer responded to the Lytle Nursing Home for a civil matter.

2:30 AM – Officer responded to the 15300 Blk. of Main Street for an activated alarm.
3:15 AM – Officer discovered an unsecured door in the 18000 Blk. of FM 2790 N.
10:45 AM – Officers responded to the 14000 Blk. of McDonald Street for an activated alarm.
11:05 AM – Officer found the stop sign on Lytle-Somerset St. @ IH 35 S. Access Road had been knocked over. Lytle Public Works placed a temporary sign at the intersection.
11:26 AM – Officer responded to the Dollar Tree for a vehicle lockout.
11:42 AM – Officer assisted a motorist in the 14900 Blk. of Main St. with directions.
1:31 PM – Officers responded to Camino Real and spoke with a patient.
4:55 PM – Complainant reported he lost his wallet in the 15300 Blk. of Main Street.
5:40 PM – Officer assisted the Atascosa Sheriff’s Department with stray livestock on FM 2790 E.
9:35 PM – Officers responded to the Grand Somerset Apartments for a domestic disturbance. A 21-year-old female subject was arrested for Interference with Emergency Telephone Call and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The subject was booked in the Atascosa County Jail.

12:31 AM – Officer responded to the 15300 Blk. of Main Street for an activated alarm.
2:00 AM – Officers responded to the 18000 Blk. of FM 2790 N. for loud music
8:03 PM – Officer responded to a business alarm, the building was secure.
Dec. 30
8:19 AM – Officers responded to the 19000 Blk. of S. Somerset St. for a disagreement between family members. The parties separated and no offense occurred.
9:30 AM – Officers responded to the John Lott Park for a suspicious vehicle.
12:05 PM – Officers responded to the 15500 Blk. of Main Street for a report of debris in the roadway creating a traffic hazard.
12:55 PM – Officers assisted EMS with a patient on the 15500 Blk. of Mesquite Street.
2:30 PM – Officer met with a complainant and released property that was being held for safekeeping.
3:30 PM – Officer responded to the HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
3:40 PM – Officers responded to the Exxon for an abandoned baggie that contained a white powdery substance.
4:15 PM – Officers responded to the 100 Blk. of Fox Run to assist the Atascosa County Sheriff’s Department with a disturbance.
9:41 PM – Officers responded to the 14400 Blk. of Railroad Street for a one-vehicle traffic accident.
11:30 PM – Officers responded to the 19000 Blk. of Live Oak Street for a one-vehicle traffic accident. The driver was transported to a San Antonio area Hospital.
Dec. 31
2:29 AM – Officer responded to 14900 Blk. of Harbour St. for a disturbance that involved a civil matter.
10:35 AM – Officer spoke with complainant concerning a civil matter on the 15000 Blk. of Norvell Street.
1:20 PM – Officer conducted a traffic stop on the 15500 Blk. of Main Street. The driver, a 56 year old male, was arrested for an Arrest Warrant issued out of Hidalgo County, TX for FTA-DWI 3 rd or more. He was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
4:00 PM – Officers responded to the Lytle-Somerset @ Bruce Street for loose livestock.
5:43 PM – A traffic stop on Main St. resulted in an altered MVR sticker being seized and a citation being issued.
7:08 PM – Officers responded to the Patriot Gas for an activated a burglar alarm.
8:13 PM – Officers responded to the 15500 Blk. of Main St. for loud music.
8:15 PM – While on patrol the door of a vehicle was found ajar on the 14700 Blk. of Star-Cross Trail. The owner was contacted and all was okay.
8:15 PM – Officer responded to the 18000 Blk. of N. Benton for fireworks being discharged. The residents agreed to not discharge any fireworks.
11:27 PM – Officer responded to the 18600 Blk. of N. Benton for fireworks being discharged. The residents agreed to not discharge any fireworks.
11:53 PM – Officers responded to the 19600 Blk. of S. Benton for fireworks being discharged. The residents agreed to discharge any fireworks.
11:58 PM – Officers responded to the 19500 Blk. of S. Benton for fireworks being discharged. The residents agreed to discharge any fireworks.
Jan. 1
12:20 AM – Officers responded to CR 6843 for a report of a grass fire.
1:34 AM – Officers responded to the 14800 Blk. of Adams Street for a domestic disturbance. After further investigation, it was determined that no crime occurred. The parties separated for the night.
2:55 PM – Officer assisted while a Deputy searched a vehicle and made a narcotics arrest.
3:40 PM – Officer checked on a disabled vehicle, it was later removed by the owner.
7:36 PM – Officer responded to Mesquite St. for fireworks, a warning was issued.
Jan. 2
1:42 AM – While performing a business check in the 14800 Blk. of Main St. the officer discovered an unlocked door.
7:34 AM – Officer responded to a two-vehicle minor accident on Wisdom Rd. There were no injuries.
1:35 PM – Caller reported a road rage incident at FM 3175 and the IH-35 Access Road.
1:50 PM – Report of a man sleeping by the roadway, officer was unable to locate.
3:00 PM – The city parks employee reported that a 3’ candy cane was missing from the Veteran’s Park Christmas Display.
6:18 PM – Officer spoke with a complainant at the police station reference a civil matter involving child custody.
10:45 PM – Officer was dispatched to LHS for a report of smoke, it was determined it was fog rolling in to the area.
Jan. 3
1:40 AM – While performing a business check in the 15000 blk. of Main St. officer located a person working on the building.
2:15 AM – While on patrol, officer located a hazard in the road and removed it.
10:10 AM – Officer checked out a suspicious van parked on Diamond B Trail.
10:42 AM – Officer took a report from a person involved in a minor accident at the US Post Office on the prior day.
12:45 PM – A complainant turned over a small baggie of marijuana that she found.
11:10 PM – Officers responded to IH 35 Mile Marker 133 for a reckless driver.

1:15 AM – While conducting a business check in the 19000 Blk. of FM 2790 N. a door was found unsecured.
1:55 AM – Officer conducted a field contact on a suspicious vehicle in the 19000 Blk. of N. Somerset Street.
7:45 AM – Officer responded to Main @ Cortez road for loose livestock.
12:50 PM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store for a vehicle lockout.
6:55 PM – Officer responded to HEB C-Store for a possible intoxicated driver.
