Lytle Police Report Dec. 16-22

Dec. 16
2:27 AM – Officer responded to Camino Real Crisis Center for a welfare check on a woman who was walking on the side of the road. Officer searched the area, unable to locate.
3:06 AM – Officer responded to 19400 Blk. of Bank St. for a report of an alarm.
8:13 AM – Officer responded to 19800 Blk. of Creek St. for a report of a stolen 2002 green Dodge Dakota.
9:45 AM – Officer responded to 100 Blk. of CR 571 and conducted a follow up investigation on the stolen 2002 Dodge Dakota. The vehicle was recovered by Medina Co. Sheriff’s Office.
12:25 PM – Officer responded to 7000 Blk. of S. Zarzamora in San Antonio and conducted a follow up investigation on the theft that occurred on 12/12/19. A weed eater was recovered from a pawn shop.
1:35 PM – Officer responded to 14700 Blk. of Railroad St. for a talk to an officer in reference to someone burning in their yard. Officer drove to the Bexar Co. line on Railroad St. and Main St. and was unable to smell or see a fire.
4:36 PM – Officer responded to 19700 Blk. of IH 35 S for a report of a stolen 1997 red GMC Pick-up.
5:50 PM – A 1997 GMC pick-up reported stolen earlier in the day was recovered by Medina Co. Sheriff’s Office.
4:35 PM – A 2017 Nissan Versa reported stolen on 12/10/19 was recovered by Medina Co. Sheriff’s Office.
9:31 PM – Officer responded to HEB Plus for a welfare check on unattended children in a running parked vehicle.
11:54 PM – Officers responded to Main St. at McDonald St. to assist a motorist who had ran out of fuel.
Dec. 17
10:18 AM – Officer responded to 18000 Blk. of FM 2790 for a welfare check on a male subject walking down the road possibly needing assistance. Upon arrival, it was discovered he was from out of town visiting for the holidays.
11:05 AM – Officer responded to FM 2790 to provide funeral escort from LaCoste Hwy 132 towards Devine.
12:45 PM – Officer responded to 15900 Blk. of White Cap Dr. for a report of an alarm. Officer found the residence to be secure.
2:55 PM – Complainant stopped by the Police Station and turned in property found in her vehicle that did not belong to her. The vehicle had been reported stolen and recovered.
6:50 PM – Officer responded to Lytle Public Library for a report of suspicious activity. Upon arrival, everything was okay.
6:50 PM – Officer responded to 100 Blk. of Luckey Rd. to assist Atascosa Co. with a physical disturbance.
8:29 PM – Officer responded to 1100 Blk. of FM 3175 to assist Atascosa Co. with a 17 YO harming himself.
10:36 PM – Officer responded to Blume Dr. at FM 2790 N for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the area. Officer made contact with the driver who was a resident in the area and was speaking with his child.
11:30 PM – While patrolling the area, officer made contact with a male subject walking down the road. Subject was an employee of McDonald’s who was walking home. Officer provided a courtesy ride home.
Dec. 18
3:55 AM – Officer responded to Pirate Express for an alarm. Officer found the building to be secure.
6:11 AM – Officer responded to the Whataburger to unlock a vehicle.
8:45 AM – Officer observed a down stop sign at the corner of N. Prairie St. @ Railroad St.
8:55 AM – Officer responded to the 19200 Blk. of Blume Dr. for a deer in the back yard.
9:20 AM – Officer responded to the Community National Bank for an alarm.
9:11 AM – Officer responded to the Lytle Jr. High for a vehicle accident that occurred the previous day.
2:19 PM – Officer was contacted by phone at the PD regarding phone harassment.
7:30 PM – Officers responded to the 14000 Blk. of FM 2790 S regarding a deer that was struck by a vehicle.
7:45 PM – Officer responded to the 1970 Blk. of Pinn Rd. to assist ACSO with a disturbance.
11:09 PM – Officer responded to the Burger King regarding a verbal disturbance.
Dec. 19
12:31 AM – Officer responded to the 15000 Blk. of Mesquite St. regarding an open fire.
2:00 AM – While on patrol, Officer contacted a female walking on TX 132 at CR 6840. The female was given a courtesy ride to a residence on Wisdom Rd.
2:30 PM – Officer responded to IH 35 at mile marker 130 to assist a stranded motorist.
Dec. 20
5:01 AM – Officer responded to the 400 Blk. of Naegelin Rd. to assist ACSO with a disturbance.
8:24 AM – Officer responded to FM 3175 to assist ACSO with locating a vehicle involved in a shots fired call near Luckey Rd.
11:52 AM – Officer responded to the HEB Plus to unlock a vehicle.
12:20 PM – Officer responded to the Dollar General for a theft that occurred on 12/18/19. Unknown male stole $70 worth of merchandise.
1:58 PM – Officers responded to Community National Bank to assist Animal Control with several loose goats.
3:20 PM – Officer responded to the Lytle High School for a report of an abandoned vehicle.
8:37 PM – Officer responded to the HEB Plus to assist a stranded motorist.
Dec. 21
8:25 AM – Officers responded to the 18000 Blk. of Wisdom Rd. for a shots fired call and a male walking in the area with a rifle. Officers were unable to locate anything.
9:21 AM – Officer responded to the Police Station for a civil matter involving child custody.
12:30 PM – While on patrol, Officer observed a stop sign down at the corner of FM 3175 and IH 35.
11:40 PM – Officer responded to the Police Station regarding unwanted emails.
4:00 PM – Officer responded to the 15400 Blk. of Lake St. to unlock a vehicle.
5:30 PM – Officer responded to the McDonalds to unlock a vehicle.
Dec. 22
1:45 AM – Officer responded to the 19700 Blk. of Bruce St. regarding a possible runaway at the location. One juvenile was cited for curfew violation.
4:26 AM – Officer responded to the 18600 Blk. of N. Prairie St. to unlock a vehicle.
5:33 AM – Officer responded to the 15600 Blk. of Main St. for a suspicious vehicle. Officer made contact and all was fine.
7:11 AM – Officer responded to the 15100 Blk. of Norvell St. regarding a civil matter over property.
9:10 AM – Officer met a complainant at the police station in reference to a civil matter – child custody.
3:01 PM – Officers responded to the Camino Real Crisis Center on FM 3175 for a verbal disturbance.
3:34 PM – Officers responded to the 15000 blk. of Mesquite St. to check on a family member, officers forced entry into the home and found elderly lady on the floor. Lytle EMS was called to the scene.
11:40 PM – Officer responded to the Lytle Fire Station for a report of a run-a-way juvenile. It was determined the child was from a residence in Bexar Co. The juvenile was released to B.C.S.O. Deputy.
