Lytle Homecoming and parade this weekend

Calling all Lytle Exes to HOMECOMING 2021 this weekend Friday and Saturday, November 5-6, 2021.
On Friday, November 5th the Lytle Pirate Football Team will take on the Cotulla Cowboys at 7:00 p.m. at Walter Joyce Football Field. The classes of 1970 and 1971 will be recognized. Can you believe it’s been 50 and 51 years? Homecoming King Jesse Camarillo and Queen Janell Carroll Wells as well as the 2021 Lytle HS Homecoming Court will be presented. The past LISD Cheerleaders, Twirlers, Drum Majors, Pep Squads, Dance and Drill Teams will also be recognized. (Please line up at south end of field for recognition at half time.)

On Saturday, November 6th the – Parade will go through downtown with Pablo Cortez as Grand Marshal at 10:00 am. Registration and visitation will be from 12:00 pm to 1:30pm at the Lytle HS Cafeteria. Next, Recognition and Awards of Lytle Ex-Students and honorees will be from 1:30 pm-3:00 pm.
There will also be an outdoor concert at Baby Huey’s (located on Main Street south of town) with Billy Mata & the Texas Tradition bnd playing. Doors open at 5:00 pm with the outdoor concert beginning at 8:30 pm. There will be fun, food, drinks and great place to see friends.
The Skull Shop at LHS is excited about Homecoming! They manufactured banners to help us get the word out about this coming weekend!
