6:42 AM – Ruiz-Foster Way @ Cottage St. – Officer responded to a vehicle parked in the grass near Lytle Elementary School. At 2:36 AM, the 2017 Kia Soul was discovered stolen from a residence on Houston St. The owner said nothing of value was taken from the vehicle, but the suspect broke the right rear passenger window to gain entry.


7:36 AM – 15200 Blk. Main St. – Officer discovered a 2018 Ford Focus with a broken rear passenger window. The damage is estimated at $500. The case is under investigation.
8:34 AM – 15200 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of a 2008 Mazda Miata burglarized. The case is under investigation.
8:44 AM – 15200 Blk. Mai – St.) Officer responded to a report of a vehicle burglarized on Railroad St. behind the business. The suspect entered six of the parked vehicles, breaking the windows of two vehicles. The case is under investigation.
3:20 PM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officer discovered an open door of a business under renovation. Everything was okay.
4:14 PM – 15200 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of a male wearing a black hoodie in the area but could not locate him.
4:30 PM – 1900 Blk. CR 6710 – Officer responded to three calls from the residence without an answer. Everything was okay.
4:50 PM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer responded to transport a Camino Real Crisis Center to serve and mental health warrant, the person was transported to Laurel Ridge Treatment center in San Antonio.
5:35 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers assisted a stranded female motorist. A tow truck was required due to a locked-up starter.
9:30 PM – 19500 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a verbal disturbance between a customer and an employee.
10:29 PM – 14700 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to speak to a resident regarding a verbal argument that occurred earlier in the day.

10:24 AM – John Lott Park – Officers responded to a male sleeping in the park.
10:37 AM – 15100 Blk. Adams St. – Officer responded to a report of a cracked front window.
12:28 PM – 19700 Blk. IH 35 – Officers responded to a report of an unconscious female. Everything
was okay.
2:00 PM – Assist Texas DPS – 14300 Blk. Main St. – Officers assisted with a vehicle vs. 18-wheeler non-injury accident outside the city limits of Lytle.
2:50 PM – 15000 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officers responded to a door-to-door solicitor. The male applied for a permit at City Hall and received a two-week permit to sell water purifiers.
9:25 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 1500 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer responded to assist in removing debris in the roadway but could not locate any debris.
9:29 AM – 14700 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officer responded to an unwanted customer.
11:01 PM – Saddle Ridge @ IH 35 – Officer initiated a traffic stop for failing to stop, which resulted in the arrest of a 49 year old male for evading on foot and providing fictitious identification. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County jail.

6:17 AM – SH 132 @ IH 35 Frontage Rd. – Officers responded to a one-vehicle non-injury accident.
7:24 AM – 14900 Blk. Main St. – Officer received a report of a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed but could not locate it.
9:00 AM – 18900 Blk. FM 2790 – Officers provided an escort for the girl’s powerlifting team.
2:20 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer spoke to a female regarding numerous harassing phone calls.
2:55 PM – 19900 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a report of a threat to damage his vehicle.
5:26 PM – 14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officer observed a female pushing an HEB grocery cart off the HEB property.
6:36 PM – 18800 Blk. Wisdom Rd. – Officers responded for a civil stand-by while a resident removed his belongings from the residence.
8:26 PM – 15300 Blk. Oak St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. Everything was okay.
8:55 AM – 1800 Blk. CR 6710 – Officer responded a call regarding a juvenile fishing in a private lake.
9:25 PM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officers responded to a report of a consumer leaving the center. The consumer was provided a courtesy ride to his residence in Somerset.

9:19 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to an unwanted female who requested a courtesy ride to Devine.
10:30 AM – 14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officer responded to a verbal disturbance between two males.
10:35 AM – 14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerse St. – Officer responded to an unwanted male sleeping in his vehicle.
2:29 PM – 19900 Blk. Mason St. – Officer responded to check on a resident not answering the phone. Everything was okay.
2:50 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to an unwanted contact by an ex-husband. The officer provided an escort to the female’s home.
3:38 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2021 Toyota Tacoma.
3:57 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of shoplifting. A 52 year old male and a 32 year old female were arrested for theft of $100 – $750. Both were booked into the Atascosa County jail.
6:00 PM – Lytle PD – Officer issued a theft citation to a 32 year old female for shoplifting at the HEB Plus on March 2, 2024. Subject was identified on the HEB Plus video cameras.
10:09 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – IH 35 NB – Officers assisted in a pursuit involving undocumented immigrants originating outside the city limits of Lytle.

2:36 AM – 18900 Blk. N. Prairie St. – Officer observed a Ford F-150 with the parking lights on in the driveway. Everything was okay.
11:17 AM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to unlock a 2006 Hyundai Accent.
4:10 PM – FM 2790 @ CR 6710 – Officer responded regarding a reckless driver but could not locate the vehicle.
6:46 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
8:55 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer recovered a stolen 2020 Dodge Charger from Frio County parked without a driver.

12:00 AM – Wisdom Rd. @ Laredo St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding that resulted in the arrest of a 24 year old male for an active warrant out of Bexar County for Assault of a Pregnant person. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County jail.
12:48 AM – N. Prairie St. @ Main St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for failing to signal within 100 feet resulted in the arrest of a 44 year old female for DWI. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County jail.
2:00 PM – 18500 Blk. SH 132 – Officers responded to a report of a rolling disturbance between a male and female but could not locate the vehicle.
5:22 PM – Main St. & Diaz St. – Officer responded to a report of a vehicle driving in the middle of the roadway but could not locate it.
6:15 PM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – Officer transported a consumer to the San Antonio Behavioral Health unit on a mental health warrant.
9:35 PM – 17900 Blk. Rocky Circle – Officer responded to speak to a complainant.
10:30 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a suspicious male. Everything was okay.
11:20 PM – 14600 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.
11:38 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – Mariposa Dr. – Officer responded outside the city limits of Lytle to assist with an active disturbance.
11:50 PM – Saddle Ridge Dr. @ Huckleberry St. – Officer responded to a suspicious person but could not locate him.

2:00 AM – IH 35 SB @ MM 133 – Officer responded but could not locate the vehicle.
3:30 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to an unwanted customer.
4:50 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of an intoxicated driver. Everything was okay.
9:48 AM – Assist Texas DPS – 19500 Blk. Bruce St. – Officer located a vehicle that was involved in an accident outside the city limits of Lytle. Officer waited until the Texas DPS Trooper reached his location.
10:45 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer provided a courtesy ride to Sheppard Road.
2:21 PM – S. Somerset St. & Main St. – Officer responded but could not locate the vehicle.
7:40 PM – S. Benton St. @ Mesquite St. – Officer responded to a suspicious vehicle following a male on a bicycle. Everything was okay.
11:23 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for no headlights that resulted in a suspicion of driving under the influence (marijuana) investigation. The male was ultimately released.
