Natalia Police Report

04/07/26 – Officer responded to the 100 block of 3rd Street East for a call about a suspicious situation (open gate). Officers found that the caller’s wife left the gate open.
04/07/26 – Officers responded to the 700 block of Palfrey Street for a Criminal Trespass Report. The homeowner requested that officers issue a Criminal Trespass Warning to the trespasser, which they did, and they also instructed the trespasser not to return.
04/09/26 – Officers responded to the 2600 block of State Highway 132 for an in-progress disturbance. At the location, officers met with the caller who wanted her live-in boyfriend evicted from the property. Officer found that the live-in boyfriend had established residency and needed to be evicted through the formal eviction process. The boyfriend decided to leave of his own.
04/11/26 – Officers responded to the 500 block of 4th Street for an oil spill report. Arriving officer saw that the homeowner spilled over 50 gallons of oil on the street. Owner was ordered to clean up the oil; no criminal charges have yet been filed.

Devine Police Report

April 3
3:05AM – Officer assisted public with replacing a tire on her vehicle on Hondo Ave E.
10:51AM – Officer dispatched to Davis for burglary of residence. Forced entry; power tools and two firearms taken.
15:04PM – Complainant on Commercial Dr reported a red Dodge 3500 threw a drink toward their vehicle.
15:13PM – Assisted Fire Department on Hondo Ave E with a fire alarm. All okay.
18:50PM – Assisted DPS with vehicle accident on IH 35 MM 121. Adult male driver struck sign and was delusional. MCSO transported to University Hospital for emergency detention.
19:40PM – Complainant on Watson Ave called in reference to a kid on a dirt bike in the area. Area searched but unable to locate.
21:16PM – Complainant on IH 35 SB MM 125 reported a large object in the road. Area search but unable to locate.
21:41PM – Officer dispatched to Mockingbird Lane for disturbance. Made contact with resident; notified to turn down the music.
22:00PM – Assisted MCSO on CR 7711. Made contact with male subject who had personal injury. Male transported to County Jail.
April 4
19:16PM – Complainant on IH 35 S called to report a theft in progress. Adult female was detained but caller declined to press charges.
April 5
7:36AM – Complainant on Moore Ave W reported a female honking her horn looking for a male subject. Female departed scene.
12:27PM – Officer dispatched to Teel Dr S for a two vehicle non-injury accident. Parties agreed to exchange information.
15:20PM – Officer assisted in providing a jump to vehicle on IH 35 SB MM 122. Vehicle started and was relocated to a safer spot.
19:00PM – Complainant on Hester Ave reported white Camaro driving over dirt berm. Contact made with caller and vehicle by officer.
19:20PM – Complainant on Crouch Ave reported hearing fireworks in area. Residents in area advised it was juveniles setting off fireworks. Unable to locate juveniles.
April 6
13:44PM – Complainant on IH 35 S report purchasing money order but it was either lost or stolen from her vehicle.
14:22PM – Complainant on Webb Ave reported that someone drove onto her property and soccer field yesterday.
18:00PM – Complainant on SH 173 at IH 35 reported large branch in roadway. Roadway was cleared.
April 7
4:39AM – 11 Devine Municipal warrants were served on female subject who was already in jail.
10:31AM – Complainant on Tuttle Dr reported male subject on property and was not supposed to be there. Appeared to be trying to take things out from behind shed on property. Officer contacted owner. Subject left prior to officer’s arrival.
17:55PM – male subject on CR 774 advised he hit a female and then said he was kidding. Nothing found in area.
18:40PM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 S for minor one vehicle accident.
20:24PM – Assisted MCSO with disturbance on CR 5710.
21:12PM – Male subject cited and released on Teel Dr N for DWLI.

11:23 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a complainant regarding missing jewelry valued at $895 from the John Lott Park on 4/1/2026 when left at the Tennis Courts.
1:47 PM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a report of a theft of a purse, but the report was canceled before arrival after the purse was located.
1:50 PM – 19400 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer assisted a motorist in pushing his stranded vehicle out of the roadway.
4:25 PM – 18600 Blk. IH 35 SB – Officer spoke to a male regarding a suitcase on the side of the roadway in Bexar County.
4:50 PM – 19700 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
5:05 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
7:14 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – IH 35 NB @ MM 131 – Officer responded to look for a male in camo sitting near the roadway but could not locate him.
8:12 PM – 16000 Blk. Windview Ct. – Officer responded to a report of an assault that occurred in Bexar County outside the city limits of Lytle.

2:30 PM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer observed a male urinating in the parking lot of the business at this location.
5:30 PM – 19500 Blk. IH 35 – Officer responded to an active panic alarm. Everything was okay.
5:30 PM – Main St. @ Somerset St. – Officer responded to a two-vehicle non-injury accident.
8:36 PM – 19200 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.
Wednesday, April 08
8:36 AM – 20000 Blk. Huckleberry St. – Officer responded to speak to a complainant regarding harassment.
9:54 AM – 19500 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of four stolen alcoholic beverages valued at $17.08. A 49 year old male was cited and released for theft <$100. The alcohol was recovered.
2:23 PM – 15800 Blk. White Cap – Officer responded to a report of a suspicious person and discovered the male was an employee of Rise Broadband working across the street.
7:13 PM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – CR 6710 @ FM 2790 – Officer responded to look for a black Ford F-250 involved in a hit-and-run accident outside the city limits of Lytle but could not locate it.
7:25 PM – 15200 Blk. Adams St. – Officers responded to a civil matter regarding the repossession of a vehicle.
Thursday, April 09
7:20 AM – N. Prairie St. @ Laredo St. – Officer responded to three 18-wheelers blocking the roadway. Officer contacted the drivers and had the vehicles moved.
9:44 AM – IH 35 @ Lytle-Somerset St. – Officer provided traffic control for a disabled vehicle until it was moved off the roadway.
12:56 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded to an unwanted customer.
1:21 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer was advised that two checks were cashed, with the signatures not matching the account holder. Everything was found to be okay.
3:18 PM – N. Prairie St. @ Adams St. – Officer responded to a report of a downed power line. The line was a telephone line.
4:30 PM – 14800 Blk. Lytle-Somerset St. – Officers assisted in moving a disabled vehicle to prevent it from being towed.
5:02 PM – Lytle PD – Officer received a CPS notification regarding a possible investigation.
7:42 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officers responded to a report of a male slumped over the steering wheel, which resulted in the arrest of a 29 year old male for Driving While Intoxicated. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
9:47 PM – Assist Atascosa County Sheriff’s Office – 6900 Blk. Hwy 173 – Officer observed a reckless driver outside the city limits of Lytle while en route to Jourdanton. The officer made a traffic stop and waited for DPS to arrive.
Friday, April 10
6:42 AM – S. Benton St. @ Pecan St. – Officer observed a hanging power line and discovered it was a telephone line.
9:55 AM – 14600 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of an unknown male stealing a 12-pack of alcoholic beverages valued at $21.00.
12:37 PM – Lytle PD – The PD was awarded a firearm from a previous case.
4:36 PM – 15000 Blk. A Railroad St. – Officer initiated a traffic stop for speeding, resulting in a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit ended in the parking lot of the McDonald’s. A 37 year old female was booked in the Atascosa County Jail for Felony Evading Arrest in a Vehicle and Resisting Arrest.
5:35 PM – 19900 Blk. FM 3175 – The officer responded to pick up a knife and a BB gun from a consumer entering the facility.
7:01 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to pick up a baggie of narcotics found in the parking lot.
8:42 PM – 14600 Blk. FM 2790 – Officer responded to an active alarm. The business was secure.
10:30 PM – 16100 Blk. Farmer Rd. – Officer responded to an active alarm. The residence was secure.
Saturday, April 11
12:18 AM – 15100 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a 911 call that resulted in the arrest of a 48 year old female for Public Intoxication. Subject was booked into the Atascosa County Jail.
6:45 AM – Assist Texas DPS – IH 35 SB – Officer responded to assist outside the city limits of Lytle for a one-vehicle rollover accident.
10:19 AM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a parent regarding Child Custody.
10:37 AM 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to a welfare check to discover everything was okay.
10:55 AM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer responded to a report of stolen wheels, tires, and two propane tanks valued at $1,000. The complainant stated that the theft occurred 2 weeks prior and was discovered while reviewing the store’s video.
11:24 AM – 15000 Blk. Main St. – Officer spoke to a female regarding a background check using her Social Security number.
2:05 PM – 19300 Blk. McDonald St. – Officer responded to the report of a male shoplifting a brisket and a Ninja Slushie Mixer valued at $467.91. The case is under investigation.
Sunday, April 12
1:38 AM – 15300 Blk. Main St. – Officers responded to a report of a vehicle blocking the business’ rear entrance. The vehicle was moved.
2:54 AM – 16000 Blk. Cabana Dr. – Officers responded to a 911 hang up. Everything was okay.
9:39 AM – Assist Medina County Sheriff’s Office – 20000 Blk. Huckleberry St. – Officers responded to assist with serving a warrant.
12:11 PM – Lytle PD – Officer spoke to a parent regarding Child Custody.
12:36 PM – 15000 Blk. Mesquite St. – Officer responded to a report of a group of kids in the caller’s yard but was unable to locate them.
7:16 PM – 19900 Blk. Huckleberry – Officer responded to a welfare check to discover everything was okay.
9:03 PM – 18500 Blk. FM 2790 – Officers observed a water leak at the intersection of FM 2790 and FM 463 and contacted Public Works.
