Lee Gene Mann, Sr., of San Antonio, passed away on October 31, 2018 at his home in Western Bexar County, at the age of 76 years. Gene, as he was known to family and friends, was born December 7, 1941 in San Antonio, one of 12 children born to John Franklin Mann and Irna Mae Ralfelt Mann. Gene was preceded in death by his parents; son, Clinton Wayne Mann, Sr.; grandson, Lee Gene Mann, III and four sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Constance “Connie” Mann; daughter, Patricia L. (James) Jonas; son, Lee Gene Mann, Jr. all of San Antonio; grandchildren, Brandon Jonas, Ashley Jonas, Clinton Mann, Jr., Crystal (Rudy) Ortiz, Haley Mann, Colton Mann, Kyle Mann, and Michael Mann; great-grandchildren, Vivianne Nicole Jonas and Cadence Lee Ortiz; siblings, Frances Starnes, Alvin (Elenor) Mann, Ruby Earl, Lorraine Owens, Erma Sherwood, Betty (Dale) Clamp, and Jimmy Ray Mann as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation was Monday, November 5, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. A Graveside Service was held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Lytle Community Cemetery, with interment following.
