Lady Pirates open strong

In their first scrimmage of the season, the Lady Pirates headed to Sabinal on Friday and then they faced Pleasanton, Somerset, and Randolph-Brooks over the weekend. “All levels did well and the energy and team spirit was exciting to watch. We are excited for the 2021 season,” said Coach Denise Cordero.
The JV Lady Pirates will be coached by Jay Tope who came from Judson High School and the Freshman will be led by Lytle Alumni Tammie Tilley.
Last night they faced off in Uvalde and this weekend they will head to Natalia for their first tournament of the season. The Lady Pirates will start off in pool with Brooks, Knippa, and Natalia. They will start against Brooks at 11am, Knippa at 1pm, and Natalia at 2pm.
