The Natalia Lady Mustangs were able to notch their first district victory of the season last Tuesday evening at home versus Laredo Harmony Science Academy. Natalia (1-2) was able to sweep the new district foe in three straight sets.
“I was proud that we came out and took care of business,” Natalia Head Coach Tamara Bednorz said.
Natalia made quick work of Laredo defeating them 25-5, 25-12, 25-14.
Stat Leaders: Aces- Sanchez 5, Boucher 2. Kills- Masters 8, Padilla 4. Assists- Boucher 8. Digs- Zapata 2.
Upcoming Games
This coming Friday, Natalia is back in action in the border city of Laredo as they battle at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 9th Natalia returns home as they welcome the Jourdanton Squaws to town for two games set to begin at 5:00 and 6:00 p.m.
