JV Arabians pull out big win over Billies

The JV Arabians went one and one last week with Antonian and Fredericksburg. Starting district with a 12-4 record, the JV Arabians faced Somerset in their first district match up last night. They will play in Uvalde this Saturday and at home Tuesday against YWLA.
When facing Antonian, the JV Arabians fell 18-25 and 17-25. Coach Kara Stacy was proud of her team and said, “Even though we lost to a good Antonian team I saw a lot of great things. I’m proud of the girls for never giving up and competing all the way to the end.”
