JV Arabians complete pre-season play

Falling to La Vernia on Tuesday, the JV Arabians turned their game around on Friday and beat Marion. With a preseason coming to a close, the JV team is on track to be a top contender for district. The JV lost to La Vernia 19-25 and 12-25. “Unfortunately the girls weren’t able to pull out a win against a tough La Vernia team. However, we are going to work hard and prepare for a good match up against Marion on Friday.” Coach Kara Stacy

Determined from the moment they stepped onto the court, the JV Arabians dominated from the first serve and won 25-15 and 25-12. “I’m proud of the girls as we came together and executed great teamwork to dominate the Bulldogs for the second time.” Coach Stacy
The JV Arabians will play in Hondo this Friday and home next week against Antonia and Fredericksburg. They open district September 22nd against Somerset.
