Jimmie Lee Allen age 84, of Devine, Texas passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas.
Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents, Jim Ellison Allen and Elsie Lula Dubose Allen; brother, John Major Allen; sisters, Jessie Wiemers, Evelyn Sollock, and Shirley Overall.
Jimmie’s daughter Connie Broderick suddenly passed away the next day after Jimmie on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in San Antonio, Texas
Jimmie is survived by his wife, Patsy B. Allen; sons, John Wayne Allen, Robert Ray Allen (Glenda); Michael Bendele (Christine) son-in-law, Mike Broderick; daughters, Sharon Grissom (Nathan), Jennifer Schott (Richard); brother, Willie Allen (Carol); sisters, Ruthie Jackel, Elsie Faye; nineteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Sunday, March 10, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. with a Prayer Service at 6:00 P.M. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine, Texas. Funeral Services were held Monday, March 11, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at the Hurley Funeral Home Chapel in Devine, Texas with internment to follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
