Janet Louise Bronder Negron

Janet Louise Bronder Negron, of San Antonio, entered eternal rest on January 11, 2019 in San Antonio, just days after reaching her 88th birthday. She was born January 6, 1931 in Falls City, Texas, one of two children of Eras Bronder and Kathryn “Katie” Respondek Bronder.
Survivors include her daughters, Linda Johnson and husband Prentiss of Gilroy, California, Debbie Jungman of La Coste, Elaine MacLaughlin and husband Brian of Manchaca, Texas; grandchildren, Staci Pawelek, Alexandriah Alas, MD (Carlos), Christopher Johnson, Sara Willman, Jack Nabors (Monica), Miles MacLaughlin; great-grandchildren, Christian and Athena Alas, Nathan and Garrett Nabors.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Eras and Katie Bronder; husband, Natividad “Tito” Negron; son, Howard Kowalik; brother, Robert Bronder; and recently, her son-in-law, Virgil Jungman.
Visitation was Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Mass of the Resurrection will be Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 10:00 am at St. Louis Catholic Church. Interment will follow at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be made in Janet’s memory to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or the charity of your choice.
