James R. “Bob” Moody, age 83 of Hondo, Texas passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 in Hondo, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mildred Moody; parents, James Price and Ruth Vivian Moody; brothers, Bill Moody, Hansel Moody, Leroy Moody, and Price “Doc” Moody; sister, Emma Kate Jackson.
He is survived by his daughters, Melany Ohlhausen and husband John, Melody Muennink and husband Ronnie; stepson, Harold Draper and wife Karyn; grandchildren, Lance Muennink and wife Gina, Andrew Muennink and wife Jackie, Cody Muennink and Lindsey Strubhart, Rylee Kate Ohlhausen, Cami Bachman, and Derek Draper; great-grandchildren, Baylee, Jack, and Wade Muennink.
Visitation was held Monday, January 14, 2019 from 10:00 am to service time at the New Fountain United Methodist Church, 2980 F.M. 2676, Hondo, Texas 78861. Funeral service was held at 11:00 am at the New Fountain Methodist Church with interment following in the New Fountain Cemetery.
