Jacqueline “Jackie” Marie Fowler Kohlleppel, of Castroville, passed away on March 21, 2020 in San Antonio at the age of 83 years. She was born June 11, 1936 in Somerset, Texas, one of three children of Truitt Lee Fowler and Annie Marie Topping Fowler.
Jacqueline married William Paul Kohlleppel, Jr. on August 8, 1953 at St. John Bosco Catholic Church in Natalia, Texas.
Survivors include her children, Susann McGee (Tim) of San Antonio, Tim Kohlleppel (Kathy) of Yancey and Krista Lamon (Mark) of Castroville; daughter-in-law, Maxine Kohlleppel of Sealy; grandchildren, William Paul “BJ” Kohlleppel, IV, Ryan McGee (Callie), Mark Joseph Lamon, Jr. (Ashley), Jacob Patrick Lamon (Jenna), Jason Paul Kohlleppel, William Paul Lamon and Alexander John Lamon; great-grandchildren, Mattie and Jack McGee; Victoria, Katelyn, Rebecca and Patrick Lamon, Mia and Max Lamon; brother, T. Leon Fowler of Kalama, Washington.
Jacqueline was preceded in death by her parents, Truitt and Annie Fowler; her husband, William Paul Kohlleppel, Jr.; son, William Paul Kohlleppel III and her brother, Glenn L. Fowler.
Visitation will be Monday, March 30, 2020 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Due to current limitations on group size caused by the COVID-19 Virus, Jacqueline’s Rosary and Mass of the Resurrection will be for immediate family only. Private Interment will be held at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
Memorials may be made in Jacqueline’s memory to St. Louis Catholic School.
