Medina County-A local property owner pulled up to his house on CR 5735 near Castroville and witnessed home burglars in action. Armed with a handgun, he held the suspects at gunpoint until authorities arrived.
“The homeowner arrived at his place and noticed a pair of bolt cutters near the entrance. He had a handgun, so he went up to the house and that’s when he saw three individuals who were climbing out of a window of the home,” Sheriff Randy Brown stated. “He was armed and so he was able to hold them there until deputies arrived.”
Three suspects were arrested and charged with burglary.
