He is survived by his wife, Julia Villarreal, daughters, Felicia Haywood (Barry), Anne Villarreal (Joe), Andrea Villarreal (Jaqual), son, Erik Villarreal (Alisia), and brother, Gilbert Villarreal (Martina), grandkids, Devin Haywood, Aaliyah Haywood, Addison Haywood, Annika Haywood, Kai Villarreal and Dominic Castillo.
