Fermin Perez, age 92, of Lytle, Texas passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021, at his home surrounded by family.
He was born on July 7, 1928, to parents, Manuel Perez and Cecilia (Garcia) Carrillo, in Pearson, Texas.
Fermin is preceded in death by his parents, Manuel Perez and Cecilia Carrillo; Wife, Ninfa (Lopez) Perez; daughters, Cristina Inocencio and Betty Jane Perez; brother, Jose Perez; sisters, Trinidad Maldonado and Francis Frias.
He is survived by sons, Manuel Perez and wife, Gracie, Richard Perez and wife, Rita, Jesse Perez and wife, Martha, Tony Perez; daughters, Berta Flores, Mary Lou Perez, Cecilia Perez, faithful companion Chico Perez; Grandchildren, Don Flores, April Perez, Samantha Hernandez, Richard Perez, Jr., Jennifer Guiterrez, Cristine Gonzales, Jesse Perez, Jr., Paul Perez, Leanah Perez, Joe Louis Yracheta; Thirteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID, services will be held private for immediate family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. with Rosary recited at 3:00 P.M. Hurley Funeral Home Chapel Lytle, Texas. Mass will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021, 10:00 A.M. St. Andrew’s Catholic Church Lytle, Texas with interment to follow in Lytle Community cemetery.
