Devine Police Report May 29-June 4

May 29
9:33 AM – Complainant in the 500 block of Davis Ave. reported a vehicle had been egged overnight.
12:16 PM – Report of an elderly female driver going the wrong way on N. Teel Dr; unable to locate.
11:40 PM – Officers dispatched to the 500 block of W. Moore Ave. in reference to the driver of a white Ford Explorer passing by several times yelling out the window. Caller advised of the driver’s identity. Officers patrolled the area; unable to locate.
May 30
4:23 AM – Officer dispatched to IH-35 in reference to a white SUV traveling southbound on the northbound side; unable to locate.
9:50 AM – Suspicious male subject in the 200 block of Dixon Dr. complaining about a medical bill. Subject left prior to officer’s arrival.
2:12 PM – Officer dispatched to Walmart in reference to 18-wheelers parked on Oak Hill Dr. Semi-trucks moved; all was okay.
5:59 PM – A female subject at Walmart was cited and released for theft less than $100.
May 31
2:28 AM – Officers dispatched to an apartment complex in the 300 block of Hwy. 132 N. in reference to individuals walking in the property. All was okay; the individuals were residents of the complex.
7:16 AM – A black F-150 was on location in the 800 block of Warhorse Dr. for a very long time. Officers ID’d a male subject and made him get someone to pick him up due to finding two open containers of an alcoholic beverage.
6:57 PM – Complainant reported a silver Dodge dually unable to maintain lanes in the 100 block of N. Teel Dr.; unable to locate.
8:35 PM – Complainant spoke to officer regarding his brother striking him in the face several times and wanted to file charges.
June 1
11:45 AM – Officer assisted Medina County with warrant service in the 100 block of N. Transportation Dr.
8:45 PM – Complainant in the 100 block of Live Oak Dr. was trying to return to retrieve items from an ex-friend. Both parties began to argue with each other.
June 2
12:45 AM – Complainant in the 500 block of W. Moore Ave. reported a female subject on location causing a disturbance. One officer made contact with the female subject in front of a store, while the other officer made contact with the complainant.
9:55 AM – Officer made contact with a male subject on foot on Rossville Rd. The subject was identified.
11:37 AM – Complainant in the 400 block of Corley Dr. reported an 18-wheeler parked on the road.
4:30 PM – Complainant in the 100 block of W. Benton Ave. advised of a white male wearing a white shirt, blue shorts, and a red bandanna. Officer made location; unable to locate.
June 3
4:12 PM – Complainant on Mt. Vernon reported a modern Ford Mustang convertible with a tan top did donuts in the parking lot. Last seen heading southbound on Libold Dr.
June 4
2:50 AM – Officer assisted DPS with a major accident on IH-35 southbound. Driver and passenger were impaired and trying to leave the scene on foot.
