Devine Police Report May 11-16


May 11

8:52 PM – Complainant on Hwy. 173 reported a white Dodge 1500 driving slow and all over the roadway.
9:33 PM – Complainant reported a red Ford truck all over IH-35 SB. Unable to locate.
May 12
10:14 AM – Complainant reported a 2005 Jeep Wrangler with US Mail decals on the doors and rear was taken between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm on May 11. The vehicle was recovered in San Antonio. Two Devine juvenile males were detained.
10:50 AM – Complainant in the 700 block of Windy Knoll Dr. reported vehicles speeding in the area. Unable to locate.
1:08 PM – Officer assisted the Natalia Police Department with a physical disturbance involving a bat between two brothers.
1:25 PM – Officers dispatched to the 700 block of Rossville Rd. in reference to a male subject on a 4-wheeler. All was okay.
May 13
1:19 AM – Vehicle stopped for a traffic violation in the 600 block of W. Hondo Ave. The male driver was found to be intoxicated. A blood draw was done and the driver was jailed.
7:40 AM – Officer dispatched to SB IH-35 in reference to a blue vehicle all over the roadway. The vehicle turned off onto an unknown County Road prior to officer’s arrival.
1:19 PM – Officers dispatched in reference to a female patient acting out and making a suicidal comment to staff members. The patient went with EMS.
6:02 PM – Officer dispatched to the 600 block of Transportation Dr. in reference to males throwing rocks at cars. Unable to locate.
May 14
10:13 PM – Report of a disturbance in the 200 block of CR 7710. A male subject was possibly armed and departed in a tan GMC pickup. The subject was threatening to kill his mother and other siblings.
May 15
8:36 AM – Complainant in the 100 block of N. Bright Dr. reported someone cut the electric powerline to his business.
9:44 PM – Complainant in the 700 block of Rosemary stated he believes someone stole his cell phone, which he left on a table in his front yard. The pone is valued at $1,103.93.
11:28 AM – West-bound arms on Colonial Pkwy. not working properly. ETA 1 hour for crew to arrive and correct issue.
May 16
7:21 AM – Complainant reported a white truck with dealer tags driving recklessly.
7:27 AM – Complainant in the 300 block of N. Washington Dr. reported that person(s) unknown broke her daughter’s window.
10:30 AM – A motorcycle had expired license plates. Officer attempted to pull over the motorcycle, which sped away. Officer pursued the motorcycle, which stopped in Natalia. A male subject attempted to evade arrest, and jailed for possession of less than one gram of meth. A female subject was jailed on three active Medina County warrants.
9:18 PM – Officer dispatched to Libold Dr. in reference to a male walking in the area. The male was located and given a courtesy ride to the 200 block of Breeze Dr.
8:00 PM – Officer dispatched to the 500 block of N. Teel Dr. in reference to a male on location not wanting to leave. Officer patrolled the area; no apartment number was given.
5:45 PM – A complainant reported leaving the library and noticing the driver’s side mirror on his vehicle was broken.
11:56 AM – Complainant on NB IH-35 reported a male subject driving an older model Nissan Sentra who was driving naked and exposing himself. Contact was made by the Medina County Sheriff’s Office.
