3:30 PM – Complainant reported speeding 18-wheelers in school zones.
3:45 PM – Verbal disturbance between two male students at Devine High School.
4:13 PM – Complainant in the 200 block of W. Moore Ave. reported that someone had been in his shed.
March 10
2:15 PM – Officer assisted the Medina County Sheriff’s Office with a vehicle fire on SB IH-35 near mile marker 125.
3:45 PM – Complainant reported a male and a female walking in the middle of the street around the 600 block of Cardinal Dr. who appeared suspicious. Unable to locate.
5:32 PM – Verbal dispute between wife and husband in the 700 block of Curtis Ave. Parties separated for the night.
8:30 PM – A male and a female in the 600 block of Curtis Ave. were having a verbal argument over child custody. Parties separated.
9:31 PM – Officers dispatched to the 500 block of Mockingbird Ln. in reference to someone knocking on windows and ringing the doorbell. Canceled while en route.
10:35 PM – A male subject from a local boarding house was reported at a store in the 100 block of IH-35 S. The boarding house was contacted, and the subject was picked up.
11:56 PM – Complainant at the apartment complex in the 200 block of W. Moore Ave. reported hearing yelling from a neighbor’s apartment. Officer made contact with a male occupant of the apartment the yelling was believed to have come from. All was okay.
March 11
6:13 AM – A lawn mower and weed eater were reported stolen in the 500 block of Williamsburg Rd.
4:45 PM – A male subject was causing a disturbance at a restaurant in the 600 block of W. Hondo Ave. The subject had an open container of an alcoholic beverage and failed field sobriety testing and was jailed.
March 12
8:06 AM – Complainant reported her son left a Nintendo game system at the Windy Knoll park.
1:19 PM – Complainant reported a suspicious dark Ford F-250 in the area of Davis Ave. and Coker Ave. Unable to locate.
5:27 PM – Report of two male subjects in an altercation possibly involving knives at the apartment complex in the 100 block of LC Martin Dr. One male subject forcibly entered complainant’s apartment with a knife. The subject was jailed for burglary with intent to commit a felony and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
March 13
8:54 PM – Report of a possible structure fire. Dispatch then canceled and advised someone was burning in a pit. Unable to locate.
March 14
6:28 AM – Officer assisted MCSO deputies in the 200 block of CR 779. A male subject was delusional and walking into brush with a rifle.
11:45 AM – Kids were fishing at the Devine golf course and refused to leave after being notified they need to be members.
12:55 PM – A female subject in the 700 block of CR 6612 was stabbed by a 17-year-old male. The male subject was later located and taken into custody.
1:33 PM – A male subject wearing a green shirt and black sunglasses was acting suspicious at a store in the 100 block of N. Teel Dr.
2:25 PM – A complainant reported a male subject running in the area. Unable to locate.
2:50 PM – A male subject was reported running in the area near the football stadium. Officer made location, unable to locate.
4:40 PM – A female complainant reported a male subject was on location with a bat and damaging her vehicle. The vehicle’s windows were broken. Charges pending.
6:41 PM – Disturbance between sisters in the 400 block of W. Davis Ave. Officers made location; no parties wanted to pursue charges. An emergency detention was conducted on an adult female, who was transported to Southwest General Hospital.
10:40 PM – An unwanted male subject was on location at a store in the 100 block of IH-35 S. and was causing problems. Subject fled from officer on foot. The subject was apprehended and jailed for theft less than $100 and evading arrest. Subject was also served with seven municipal warrants.
March 15
11:30 AM – Complainant reported graffiti on the walls of her car wash bins.
1:00 PM – Subject found one pocket knife and three lighters and turned them in to police.
2:00 PM – A female subject was being followed by her ex-boyfriend.
11:44 PM – Officer dispatched to motel on E. Hondo Ave. in reference to someone knocking on complainant’s motel room door. Officer patrolled the area but was unable to locate.
