June 25
10:25 AM – Female acting strange and went into lobby in the 600 block of E. Hondo Ave. smoking a cigarette. Officer made contact and female was okay.
2:28 PM – Complainant advised 18-wheelers on Oak Hill Dr. were parked along side of the curb and the drivers were unable to see oncoming traffic.
3:50 PM – Complainant advised 18-wheelers on Oak Hill Dr. blocking the view of oncoming traffic.
3:54 PM – Complainant in the 300 block of CR 767 stated male driver in a white truck driving around appeared suspicious. Contact was made by officer; all was okay.
5:10 PM – Possible 18-wheelers causing traffic hazard on FM 2200; unable to locate.
5:17 PM – Complainant in the 300 block of S. Upson Dr. stated he got home and observed his rear door and the doors to his storage units behind the home were open with damage consistent with forced entry. Last seen intact at 4:00 AM.
10:23 PM – A male subject wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans was seen walking in and out of vacant properties on Webb Ave. Officer located subject; no sign of criminal activity.
June 26
12:03 AM – A male subject in the 100 block of Upson Dr. was verbally fighting with girlfriend over money. Both parties calmed down prior to officers’ departure.
3:09 AM – Warrant served in the 100 block of LC Martin Dr. A male subject was jailed on multiple Medina County warrants.
5:50 AM – Officer assisted the Medina County Sheriff’s Office with a hit and run causing heavy building damage at Brown Dodge. Officer checked IH-35 NB for any damaged vehicles; unable to locate. No vehicles on location.
12:11 PM – Complainant in the 200 block of N. Transportation Dr. reported an argument between himself and a female over damages and missing item from vehicle, which was a civil matter.
12:45 PM – Female subject in the 200 block of N. Transportation Dr. was jailed on a warrant.
4:20 PM – Officer dispatched to the 100 block of Oak Hill Dr. in reference to 18-wheelers causing a traffic hazard. The majority of vehicles were moved and the remaining were tagged.
9:16 PM – Complainant in the 500 block of McAnnelly Dr. was upset about speeders and stopped a vehicle and exchanged words with the occupants.
June 27
12:54 AM – A male subject was seen walking near the county building in the 300 block of Hwy. 132 N. Officers provided food and water for the malnourished male. No criminal activity.
12:58 PM – Officer dispatched to the 300 block of Bowman in reference to an abandoned house that was entered. Caller wanted officer to clear the building; all was okay.
10:27 PM – A loud noise was reported coming from the 100 block of W. Malone Dr.
June 28
12:30 AM – A vehicle was in the 200 block of Hwy. 132 N. close to intersection. All was okay; a note left on the dashboard advised the vehicle broke down and owners of business were okay with it being left until the next day.
1:57 AM – Officer assisted the MCSO in reference to a tan truck with hazards on and two men attempting to flag people down on IH-35 SB near mile marker 120.
2:20 AM – Complainant in the 500 block of N. Teel Dr. reported dogs barking in the area and requested the area be checked. Officers were unable to locate anything suspicious.
9:58 AM – Officers assisted the Devine VFD with a tree that fell over on power lines in the 400 block of E. Hondo Ave.
1:20 PM – An airsoft gun was found under a mattress in the 600 block of E. Hondo Ave.
2:19 PM – Complainant reported losing a ring in a parking lot in the 100 block of E. Colonial Pkwy. between 7:00 AM and 7:15 AM.
5:39 PM – A female subject at Walmart was jailed for theft greater than $750 less than $2,500.
8:25 PM – Complainant in the 400 block of Hickory Hwy. reported a male subject wanting to confront him over a prior incident. The male subject was standing in the roadway yelling towards the residence.
10:11 PM – Complainant reported a vehicle parked for an hour in the 500 block of Jack Nicklaus Dr. A male subject was waiting for a friend; all was okay.
June 29
4:07 PM – Officer dispatched to IH-35 NB for a female walking in the roadway after leaving dealership and acting suspicious; unable to locate.
8:16 PM – A subject at Walmart was jailed for theft $100-$750. The subject was also found to be in possession of meth and prescription pills without a prescription.
June 30
7:50 AM – Officer dispatched to McAnnelly in reference to a truck in a creek bed. Resident was advised to have it removed by the end of the day or it would be towed.
11:52 AM – Major accident on Oak Hill Dr.
5:45 PM – Officer dispatched to IH-35 SB in reference to a black SUV driving aggressively; unable to locate.
6:58 PM – Officers dispatched to Walmart in reference to a female acting strange and undressing in a silver SUV. Officers made contact and everything was okay; female had medical problems.
