August 11
4:15AM – Complainant on Wedgewood Way called in reference to a female screaming outside her apartment. Everything okay.
8:24AM – City employees found two duffle bags in park and brought them to police department. Found that they belongs to a homeless male. Items returned.
9:40AM – Officer dispatched to Hayden Ave for female assaulted by her boyfriend. Charges pending.
11:00AM – Officer dispatched to Libold Dr at 0840 hrs for a disturbance between female and male.
11:01AM – Complainant on Oak Hill Dr called regarding suspicious activity – ale charging phone. Occurred at 0855-0917 hours.
11:49AM – Complainant on Zigzag Ave reports a Hispanic male wearing a red shirt and blue jeans seen taking mail from mailboxes. Deputy located and all was okay. Officer gave courtesy ride to Shell.
17:15PM – Complainant on IH 35 S stated a $300 trailer hitch was stolen from her vehicle in store parking lot on Wednesday, Aug. 9 approx 1630-1700 hours.
19:25PM – Officer assisted stranded motorist on IH 35 S.
19:42PM – Caller on Hester Ave observed a white male cut chain to gain entry to property. Subject took air compressor valued at $800 and a pole saw valued at $1500.
August 12
4:25AM – Officer dispatched to Teel Dr for boyfriend assaulting girlfriend. Subject jailed.
12:36PM – Complainant on Teel Dr advised of suspicious male trying to wave vehicles down. Subject ID’d by police; all okay.
14:40PM – Officer assisted fire department working grass fire moving rapidly near roadway. Vehicle malfunction caused fire.
August 13
2:41AM – Complainant on Teel Dr called in reference to intoxicated male in altercation with other subjects. Male ran towards S Commercial Dr.
12:48PM – Officer gave citation to male subject on Transportation Dr for traffic violation.
14:40PM – Officer did traffic stop on CR 777 prior to exiting private property for warrant service.
14:51PM – Officer assisted MCSO deputies with search for undocumented individuals. Unable to locate.
20:55PM – Officer responded to major accident on IH 35 S. Vehicle truck guard rail and caught fire. Transported to University Hospital.
21:55PM – Complainant on LC Martin Dr called in reference to white Charger in area looking for two females. Unable to locate.
August 14
0:28AM – Officer responded to major accident on IH 35 S.
1:30AM – Male subject for major accident jailed.
10:30AM – Complainant on Teel Dr wanted to report someone broke into her vehicle and took a Type S Jumpstarter.
15:01PM – Complainant on Teel Dr called in reference to a customer wanting refund and was refusing to leave store. Subject left prior to officer’s arrival.
15:55PM – Officer dispatched to IH 35 S for theft less than $100. Cited and released.
19:19PM – Complainant on Malone Dr called in reference to older model white F150 driving at high rate of speed and turned into alley way. Unable to locate.
19:43PM – Officer assisted MCSO deputies with pursuit of gray Jeep SUV from Frio County. Bailed out in Lytle on SH 132 and Gray Street.
21:20PM – Caller was upset that boyfriend would not give her house key. No one on location.
22:56PM – Complainant on Rosewood Ave heard knocking sounds at window. Upon arrival officer did not observe anyone in area or damage to window.
August 15
0:07AM – Complainant on Colonial Pkwy called due to a family dispute. Charges declined for possible assault. Parties were separated for the night.
6:10AM – Complainant on CR 767 called in reference to semi truck at airport. Upon arrival tanker dropping fuel to airplanes. All okay.
14:56PM – Complainant on I35 called in reference to dropped bales of hay on roadway impeding traffic. Officers assisted with traffic control while bales were recovered off roadway.
August 16
10:45AM – Officer dispatched to LC Martin Dr for disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Parties separated. Complainant advised boyfriend pushed her. Charges pending. Officer found black case with drug paraphernalia.
12:10PM – Complainant on IH 35 S called stating her phone had been stolen. Phone was located and returned to owner.
17:51PM – Called on LC Martin Dr stated her boyfriend refused to let her in apartment. Made location boyfriend not there; all okay.
20:00PM – Complainant on Hondo Ave called in reference to 18 wheeler caught on power line. Was able to get loose; no damage to powerline.
