Devine 4-H & FFA kiddos show in Dimmit County Classic

On Sunday December 5 several Devine 4-H and FFA members attended the Dimmit County Classic Prospect Show in Carrizo Springs, Texas.
Exhibitors and placing are as followed: Kade Barber: Breed Champion duroc, Reserve Breed Cross, 1st place lt. cross, 2nd place heavy cross. Ashlyn Crossland: 2nd place York, 2nd place hamp, 2nd place spot, and top 5 showman. Brooklyn Crossland: 1st place berk, 2nd place duroc, and 4th place cross. Wyatt Garrison 1st place duroc, Lilly Garrison 2nd and 3rd place cross. Harper Parson: Breed Champion and Reserve Champion spot, reserve champion York and top 5 showman. Yancey Parson: Senior Showman, Reserve Breed Champion duroc, and 1st place cross. Briar Parson: Junior Showman, 1st place duroc, and 2nd place spot. Jackie Schreck: 1st place cross, 3rd place duroc and 4th place cross, top 5 showman. Xavier Contreras 2nd place cross, Leilani Lascano 2nd place spot, Anahi Navarro 5th place hamp, Miranda Grubb 5th place chester, Macie Grubb 5th place duroc and Karis Jackson 1st place berk, 1st place cross and 2nd place hamp. Allie Balencia represent us in the cattle show with her heifer placing 4th.
These kids are up early, in bed late, work in all weather conditions, they help others without thinking twice, and above all are supportive and proud for each other.
