City of Devine buys old “SPOT” building

Taking Care Of Business! The City has purchased the property adjacent to city hall at 301 South Teel, Drive. The old “SPOT” building. The building will be used for administrative support to the city staff. To the right is city hall and the drive thru area where customers can pay bills.
