City of Devine gets $9.9M for water system improvements

The $9.9 million dollar loan will help the City of Devine replace water pipes, but will have to be paid back.

The Texas Water Development Board announced last Thursday, March 1 that the City of Devine had been approved for $9.9 million in financial assistance for water system improvements.
