Arabians cruise to win over Lady Mavs

We just had one game this past week. We defeated Pearsall 61-31. Friday was our bye in district.
We finished the first round of district with a big win vs Pearsall. We got out to a good start in the first quarter getting up 15-6. We followed up that quarter with a solid second quarter as well going into halftime up 28-14. Despite the score, I thought we didn’t really play at our pace or utilizing our style in the first half.
The girls did a good job of adjusting to play at our pace and style in the 3rd quarter and we had a very solid quarter. This really put the game out of reach. We were able to work on some things during the game and I think we improved because of it.
The fourth quarter got a little sloppy, but we did a great job of staying composed and we held on to get the big win. It was a great team effort.
